Abstract

Opportunities to learn how to develop engaging learning experiences are vital for preservice teachers. This article describes an in-class modeling activity, provides assignment guidelines, and includes examples of candidates' completed tasks when developing technology-integrated instruction using Quick Response (QR) codes. The content of participants' (n?=?75) tasks were analyzed for complexity following the SAMR model (Pnuentedura 2013 Pnuentedura, R. 2013. SAMR: An EdTech quintet perspective. Most candidates enhanced instructional experiences (73%), while others transformed them (27%) by developing engaging collaborative experiences that culminated in students creating a product using technology tools. Observations revealed that candidates appreciated learning how QR codes could be used to make learning experiences more engaging. Candidates showed a willingness to use their own smart devices for learning purposes. Aligning appropriate curriculum content standards with assigned tasks was achieved by all participants.  相似文献

传统商法仅仅是历史上欧洲这一特定地区在缺乏统一的中央集权国家,政治经济权力(利)分散于国王、封建领主、教会几大势力,封建割据长期存在这一特定环境下的独特产物,其封闭性和特殊性在纳入国家法的体系后逐渐丧失;但是学者的视野又没能拓展到民法、商法之外,这是后来民商合一与分立之争长期难成定论的历史根源与主要原因.经济法现象和思潮出现后,这一问题终于得到圆满解决:传统商法中民法不能容纳的部分正是经济法的重要内容之一,而商法从实质上已经完成了自己的历史使命,最终实现了由"民间法"向"国家法"的完全融合.在当代国家的法律体系中,"商法"这一概念仅具形式上的意义.  相似文献

Purpose: Interscholastic, intramural, and club physical activity (PA) programs can be important contributors to student PA accrual at schools. Few studies have assessed factors related to the provision of these extracurricular PA programs, especially in private schools. Methods: We used a 16-item questionnaire to assess the associations and influences of selected factors relative to extracurricular PA program policies and practices in 450 private California secondary schools. Associations were evaluated using contingency table analyses (i.e., chi-squared, effect size, and post-hoc analyses). Results: Six factors were associated with schools providing extracurricular PA programs: school location, level, enrollment, and religious classification and whether the physical education (PE) program met state PE time standards and was taught by PE specialists. Conclusions: Both static factors (e.g., school location, level, enrollment, and religious affiliation) and modifiable factors (e.g., meeting PE standards and employing specialists) affect the provision of extracurricular PA programs. As education is state-mandated, additional study is recommended to assess the generalizability of these findings to other states and to public schools.  相似文献

Motivated by the work in [1] of Abualrub and Siap (2009), we investigate (1+λu)-constacyclic codes over Fp[u]/〈um〉 of an arbitrary length, where λ is a nonzero element of Fp. We find the generator polynomials of (1+λu)-constacyclic codes over Fp[u]/〈um〉, and determine the number of (1+λu)-constacyclic codes over Fp[u]/〈um〉 for a given length, as well as the number of codewords in each such code. Some optimal linear codes over F3 and F5 are constructed from (1+λu)-constacyclic codes over Fp+uFp under a Gray map.  相似文献

This study describes speech codes used by Japanese and English speakers in remedying problematic situations. By analyzing in-depth interviews, the study reveals the Japanese-speaking participants’ use of a code in which offering detailed explanations can be a way to deny having caused another person discomfort, thus being incompatible with their meaning of “apology.” The English-speaking participants used a code in which offering and listening to explanations is a way to show that they care about the relationship and to seek forgiveness. The analysis illustrates how the participants used these codes as a resource to draw a boundary between two speech communities.  相似文献

Research has shown that traditional academic honor codes are generally associated with lower levels of student academic dishonesty. Utilizing data obtained from students at 21 colleges and universities, this study investigated the influence of modified honor codes, an alternative to traditional honor codes, that is gaining popularity on larger campuses. It also tested the model of student academic dishonesty previously suggested by McCabe and Treviño in a more diverse sample of campuses. Results suggest that modified honor codes are associated with lower levels of student dishonesty and that the McCabe and Treviño model appears to be reasonably robust.  相似文献

基于板料成形模拟的必要性和汽车覆盖件成形的复杂性 ,提出有限元分析是模拟复杂三维板料成形问题的有力工具 .介绍了动态显式有限元法的原理和特点 ,讨论了国际现有的各种商用软件 ,论述了汽车覆盖件模拟的国内外应用现状 .以某新型汽车前门外板为例 ,运用显示有限元分析软件Dynaform对前门外板冲压过程进行了计算机模拟分析 ,预测冲压过程中可能出现的各种工艺缺陷 ,例如坯料的破裂 ,并以模拟结果为依据提出改进方法 .  相似文献

‘Professional Ethics’ has been offered as a compulsory course to undergraduate engineering students in a premier engineering institution of India. It was noticed that students’ perceptions and attitudes were frivolous and ornamental towards this course. Course instructors and institution authorities were motivated to find out the factors contributing to this awkwardness. For this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared and administrated to 336 students registered for the July–November 2014 semester. The study found two factors contributing to students’ indifference towards the Professional Ethics course. First, most of the students did not have self-interest to join the engineering programme, and while pursuing their study, they decided to switch to a different field upon completion of their engineering study. Second, students who desired to be engineers in their future believed that engineering code of ethics is not really referred to in most of the engineering jobs, and therefore Professional Ethics course is only meant for classroom discussions.  相似文献
