不同颜色蚕豆的红外光谱研究

蚕豆是世界上第六大食用豆类作物,具有较高的营养价值和药用价值。蚕豆常见的颜色有白色和绿色,两者在口感上稍有区别,在经济价值上也不同,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱对同一产地同一年份的两种颜色的蚕豆进行光谱研究。结果表明,两种颜色的蚕豆在子叶的吸收峰上有区别。根据红外光谱的谱峰形状和位置,可以判断两种蚕豆的主要化学成分。利用该方法可以快速、简捷地区分两种蚕豆。  相似文献   

一种基于视觉的车载照明自动跟踪系统

目前夜间事故勘察车载照明多采用传统自适应灯光,存在照射范围有限且调节照明方向繁琐等问题。因此,基于视觉设计一种车载照明自动跟踪系统。使用视觉处理技术与双步进电机控制对车载照明系统进行改进,以增强车载照明智能化和灵活性。针对传统自适应灯光需人为操纵照射目标的问题,车载照明系统在运行时对红外光源（移动目标）进行图像检测,实时反馈拍摄图像中红外光源位置坐标,再根据位置坐标信息控制双步进电机,带动车载照明灯准确地照射到红外光源坐标位置。实验结果表明,该系统可快速检测到照明目标位置坐标,准确控制步进电机移动,可满足跟踪目标的要求,准确率达 95%。  相似文献   

No effect of upper body compression garments in elite flat-water kayakers

Abstract

While the effect of lower body compression garments on performance and physiological responses are well documented, no studies have examined the effect of upper body compression garments (UBCG) on upper-body dominant exercise. This study examined the effects of wearing UBCG on performance and physiological responses during simulated flat-water kayaking. Five male (mean values±s: 21.8±2.8 years; 83.5±9.2 kg; 63.0±5.5 ml·kg^?1·min^?1) and two female (mean values±s: 25.0±4.2 years; 71.4±2.7 kg; 51.0±4.8 ml·kg^-1·min^-1) elite flat-water kayakers completed a six-step incremental test followed by a four-minute maximal performance test (4minPT) in both UBCG and control (no shirt or sports training bra) conditions in a randomized counter-balanced order. Heart rate and oxygen consumption (O₂) as well as performance measures (power, distance covered, stroke rate) were recorded during the tests, and blood lactate was measured immediately after each incremental step and three minutes following the 4minPT. Near-infrared spectroscopy-derived measures of blood flow and oxygenation of the flexor carpi radialis were monitored continuously for all tests. No significant differences between the UBCG and control conditions were evident for any performance, cardiorespiratory or oxygenation measure across the incremental step test and 4minPT. It was concluded that wearing UBCG did not provide any significant physiological or performance benefits during simulated flat-water kayaking.  相似文献

假丝酵母Candidasp．发酵生产脂肪酶培养条件的优化

研究了碳源和氮源种类、碳源浓度以及起始pH值对假丝酵母Candidasp。菌株发酵生产脂肪酶的影响。结果显示,最适碳源为橄榄油,氮源为酵母膏,橄榄油浓度为2％,起始pH值为6.0。应用响应面试验设计对酵母膏、橄榄油和起始pH值进行培养基优化,结果表明,优化后的培养基配方为：橄榄油2.582％,酵母膏0.276％,K2HPO4 0.1％,MgSO4·7H2O 0.01％,NaCl 0.05％,pH6.28。在此条件下,假丝酵母Candidasp.液体发酵液中脂肪酶的酶活力可达36250U·mL^-1。  相似文献

Effect of temperature on batch elastase production by Bacillus sp. EL31410

The production of elastase by Bacillus sp. EL31410 at various temperatures was investigated. In order to study the effect of temperature on elastase fermentation, different cultivation temperatures, ranging from 39 ℃ to 28 ℃, were evaluated in shake flask. The result indicated that 37 ℃ was best for cell growth at earlier stage; while maximum elastase activity was obtained when the cells were cultivated at 30 ℃. This result was verified by batch fermentation in 5-L bio-reactor under 37 ℃ and 30 ℃ temperature, respectively. The specific cell growth rate at 37 ℃ was higher than that at 30 ℃ during earlier stage of cultivation. The maximum value [5.5 U/(h-g DCW)] of elastase formation rate occurred at 24 h at 30 ℃ compared to 4.6 U/(h-g DCW) at 30 h at 37 ℃. Based on these results, two-stage temperature shift strategy and oscillatory temperature cultivation mode were evaluated in the next study. 利用群论和对称性分析的方法研究了具有D3d对称性构型的B2H6分子的声子态及其声子间耦合等问题。研究发现,B2H6存在5种不同的声子态,它们分别具有D3d群下的a1g、a1u、a2u、eg与eu对称性,其中a2u与eu具有红外活性,a1g和eg具有拉曼活性,而a1u是非活性的;在B2H6的声子态中只有eg是活跃的声子态;活跃声子态eg与eg之间的耦合作用将会产生耦合声子态a1g和eg;B2H6分子的电声耦合作用一定会导致B2H6分子发生杨-泰勒畸变,畸变致使B2H6分子从D3d对称性降低到C2h对称性。  相似文献
