高技术产业技术标准联盟对产业推动作用的实证研究——以Wi-Fi联盟为例

分析并总结了技术标准联盟对高技术产业发展的促进机理,以Wi-Fi联盟为例,分析了Wi-Fi联盟对技术、产品、市场、产业的推动作用,并使用社会网络分析(Social Network Analysis,SNA)方法分析了联盟内部的合作关系与网络特征,阐述了Wi-Fi联盟如何通过内部分工与合作促进产业链的形成,通过产品认证的方式打造与推行事实标准,以及利用发展新成员、广泛开展与其它标准联盟的合作的方式扩大应用领域和市场空间,最终推动了无线通信产业的迅速发展。在这一分析过程中,总结并提炼的国际技术标准联盟所具有的特性,对于我国的技术标准联盟在合作伙伴选择、产业链构建、联盟标准推广等关键问题上具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

Creating value from Social Big Data: Implications for Smart Tourism Destinations

This paper aims to demonstrate how the huge amount of Social Big Data available from tourists can nurture the value creation process for a Smart Tourism Destination. Applying a multiple-case study analysis, the paper explores a set of regional tourist experiences related to a Southern European region and destination, to derive patterns and opportunities of value creation generated by Big Data in tourism. Findings present and discuss evidence in terms of improving decision-making, creating marketing strategies with more personalized offerings, transparency and trust in dialogue with customers and stakeholders, and emergence of new business models. Understanding the relative contribution of technical and tactical performance to match outcome in Australian Football

ABSTRACT

The aim of this study was to assess if tactical and technical performance indicators (PIs) could be used in combination to model match outcomes in Australian Football (AF). A database of 101 technical PIs and 14 tactical PIs from every match in the 2009–2016 Australian Football League (AFL) seasons was merged. Two outcome measures Win-loss and Score margin were used as dependent variables. The top 45 ranked technical and tactical PIs from a feature selection process were used to model match outcome using decision tree and Generalised Linear Models (GLMs). Of the top 45 selected features, this included seven tactical PIs. The Win-loss-based Decision tree model achieved a classification accuracy of 89.0% and GLM 93.2%. A Score margin-based GLM achieved a root mean squared error (RMSE) of 6.9 points. A combined approach to the classification of match outcomes provided no improvement in model accuracy compared with previous literature. However, this study has established the relative importance of technical and tactical measures of performance in relation to successful team performance in AF.  相似文献   

Trade-Offs, Biases, and Uncertainty in Project Planning and Execution: A Problem-Based Simulation Exercise

The ability to plan and execute projects is a fundamental skill required among managers and business school graduates. In the opening phase of a project, the project team makes decisions about the relative priority of project time, cost, and performance objectives, oftentimes without complete information about customer and stakeholder requirements. Existing project management curriculum assists in developing skills to decide among these priorities in the abstract through paradigms such as the time–cost–performance triangle, with limited attention to the improvement of skills required to develop solutions to these trade-offs, particularly in uncertain and ambiguous project environments. Further, there is often an underlying bias in project teams toward consideration of the project task and project deliverables and reduced attention to time and cost objectives. This study demonstrates the benefits of a balanced approach to setting project time, cost, and performance objectives using a goal-based simulation exercise entitled "The Bridge to Project Leadership." Results for 124 project teams illustrate the tendency to ignore this balanced approach, resulting in reduced project performance, even among experienced project managers.  相似文献

数据包络分析(DEA)对于多投入与多产出的企业来讲是一种相对较为全面的业绩评价分析方法。文章采用上市公司能源板块的基本面数据,对能源板块诸公司的基本面和经营业绩进行了实证研究。通过DEA的技术效率和规模效益分析,从两方面得出结论:首先,为达到理想的经营业绩,非DEA有效的上市公司应按照技术效率和松驰变量的取值改变投入或产出量,根据规模效益指示的方向改进经营规模;其次,投资者应根据技术效率和各决策单元被参考次数理性地选择最优投资对象。  相似文献
