地方政府开展城市外交的理论与实践——以北京市海淀区为例

在全球化时代背景下,各级地方政府在国际事务中的参与程度越来越高,对促进地方和国家的经济建设及社会发展的作用也越来越重要。本文以北京市海淀区为例进行"城市外交"个案分析,从"城市外交"的定义与定位、"城市外交"实践及其启示等几方面进行探讨,得出的结论是城市外交需求要服务于地区发展目标,开拓城市外交新形式要立足于地域特色,还要发挥地方政府的引导作用,充分利用丰富的国际资源为城市获取最大的发展利益,最终有利于国家整体利益的实现。  相似文献

改革开放以来,中国的和平崛起成为世界引人瞩目的现象。它源自传统"和而不同"的哲学思想,是中国透析大国兴衰历史所做的选择,也是和平和发展的时代主题的必然要求。它的政策意义在于可以引导中国外交突出周边,推动区域化,注重与欧洲合作,有助于外交政策的平衡;提高中国的影响力;有利于维持安全利益和经济利益之间的平衡。它的实现须借助于国际社会的理解、协作与支持。  相似文献

郁南“禾楼舞”的文化解读

采用文献资料、实地考察、现场访谈等研究方法对郁南"禾楼舞"的文化生态环境、变迁历程、体育文化功能及审美价值等方面开展研究。研究结果表明,郁南"禾楼舞"是古时百越乌浒人庆祝丰收,祈求风雨的一种祭祀类原始舞蹈,是远古巫文化与傩文化相结合的产物,它经过了古越乌浒人,三国至唐代的僚人,以及之后的瑶族人和汉人的传承,经历了古越文化、瑶族文化、汉文化的影响,受到佛道等思想的渗透,是南江地区历史发展和社会进步的历史缩影。郁南"禾楼舞"具有极高的体育健身价值、体育旅游价值、观赏价值、社会文化价值,同时舞蹈本身包涵着一种集体主义和英雄崇拜主义的精神,表现出一种狂热豪放的激情浪漫主义情怀。  相似文献   

Let's dance – feel better! Mood changes following dancing in different situations

Abstract

In the present study, we examined mood changes following dancing. Previous works suggested that contextual factors may influence affective states; it has been shown that changes in mood following competition differ from those following recreational exercise. The study has been conducted in Warsaw, Poland. Mood was assessed before and after dance activity in three groups of ballroom dancers: recreational (n = 32) and competitive (n = 38) dancers doing ordinary training and competitive dancers taking part in a dance competition (n = 35). We observed a moderately positive change in recreational dancers doing ordinary training; they reported higher energetic arousal (EA) and hedonic tone (HT) and lower tense arousal (TA) after dance activity. In comparison dancers taking part in a competition were higher on TA before dancing and felt less pleasure after dancing than recreational and competitive dancers doing ordinary training; HT, TA and EA moderately decreased during competition. In general, the current study suggests that dance can elicit changes in mood; however, situational context has to be taken into consideration when explaining the influence of dance on mood.  相似文献   

Going ‘to the Fountainhead’: Black American Athletes as Cultural Ambassadors in Africa, 1970–1971

During the Cold War, the State Department frequently employed prominent black athletes as cultural ambassadors in an attempt to defuse global criticism of racism in the USA. In the late 1960s, as many black American athletes identified increasingly with the “Black Power” movement, their personal motivations often clashed with State Department goals. In 1970, the black American tennis star Arthur Ashe, along with Stan Smith, conducted an extremely successful tour of six African nations. The following year, the State Department attempted to replicate that success by sending NBA stars Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Oscar Robertson to Africa. Those players, for a variety of reasons, were less cooperative and effective than Ashe. The shortcomings of the Jabbar/Robertson tour contributed to a decline in the State Department's practice of utilising star black athletes as cultural diplomats.  相似文献   

‘To Canada with Love’: Satchel Paige and Baseball Diplomacy

Satchel Paige's gala baseball performances in Canada had meaning at multiple levels when assessed within the context of US–Canadian relations, individual and national identity, race, the struggle for equality and the place of culture – sport and baseball in particular – in international relations and diplomacy. Paige was one of baseball's foremost globetrotters, and the premier African-American baseball ambassador without portfolio. His pitching talents and economic importance ignited passions across the borders, commencing in the 1920s and continuing over four decades. He rarely travelled less than 40,000 miles a year throughout the USA and to foreign shores wherever duty called, and there was the promise of a good payday. The great fireballer for hire and other star black ballplayers relished playing south of the border because of the freedom from Jim Crow. It is often overlooked that they loved playing north of the border as well, in Canada in particular. That play, as argued here, had symbolic and substantive international significance.  相似文献

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法,对南昌市健身广场舞开展的现状进行调查。发现：女性比例远高于男性,以中老年妇女为主,收入中等,多集中在广场公园,晚上较多,时间一小时左右,平均心率110—130次／分,每周3～5次,主要目的是增进健康、健美减肥。但是活动开展存在场地偏少、动作编排缺乏专业指导、健身效果不佳、健身知识贫乏等制约因素。建议：有关部门调动资源为市民提供更多的健身场地、组织对健身动作编排的专业指导、普及健身知识并提升健身效果。  相似文献
