藏族大学生的民族认同主要包括主流化认同、积极的民族认同以及消极的民族认同等三方面；藏族大学生民族认同的不同方面其影响因素互有差异，但总体而言，汉族朋友的数量、学习汉语的时间、父母的民族身份以及汉族的接受性等影响藏族大学生的民族认同；除了消极的民族认同与整合的化适应策略之间不存在相关外，民族认同的其他维度与化适应的其他维度之间都存在显的相关。  相似文献   

Identity policies of education: struggles for inclusion and exclusion in Peru and Colombia

ABSTRACT

Policy initiatives that seek to account for ethno-cultural differences in education and schooling have become increasingly popular over the past few decades. These include affirmative action measures and bilingual education models. The rationale for the implementation of these policies focuses on their potential to rectify historical discrimination by both levelling horizontal inequalities and granting equal value to different cultures and languages in the schooling process. In this framework, however, ethnic communities are often treated as discrete and static social aggregates, and social heterogeneity and spillover effects between groups are disregarded. This paper draws on empirical case studies from Colombia and Peru to show how identity policies of education can increase inter-ethnic competition, leading to protracted social conflicts. These outcomes, beyond negatively impacting local communities, raise important dilemmas surrounding the theoretical and operational foundations of these popular policy measures.  相似文献

目前，很多的企事业和机关部门以及大学在它们各自的局域网的建设过程中，均使用了在服务器端构建代理服务器系统的做法，它能有效解决IP地址资源的紧张问题。在“Linux系统下存在一种代理服务器的实现方式——IPChains以及动态主机技术，但是这种代理是基于IP包伪装和转发的，对于用户的管理不灵活。本文首先描述了IP代理的原理，提到了IP代理应用的优点以及其不足。然后重点在于设计了一个应用于局域网代理服务器的用户管理系统。  相似文献

在20世纪文学批评领域内，小说社会学研究的理论模式与批评范式在历史与审美的交融中，逐步由“外在批评”转向与“内在研究”的结合。其中，戈德曼的“发生学结构主义”文学社会学理论、深入研究文本结构要素与特定社会精神结构三者间的复杂关系，生成了独特的批评视角。由此，运用“社会学的想像力”，将“发生学结构主义”文学研究方法在中国小说文本研究中加以转换，便可探讨社会学方法与其他方法结合的可能性，拓展小说社会学领域广阔的再生空间。  相似文献

Leadership identity in a small island developing state: the Jamaican context

While the role of leadership in improving schools is attracting more worldwide attention, there is a need for more research investigating leaders’ experiences in different national contexts. Using focus-group and semi-structured interview data, this paper explores the background, identities and experiences of a small group of Jamaican school leaders who were involved in a leadership development programme. By drawing on the concepts of culture, socialisation and identity, the paper examines how the participants’ journeys of becoming and being school leaders are influenced by national-level societal and cultural issues, experienced at a local level. The findings suggest that in becoming school leaders, the participants perceived that they had a strong sense of agency in attempting to change the social structures within the institutions they lead and in the surrounding local communities, which in turn, they hope, will have a lasting effect on the nation as a whole.  相似文献
