目的:探讨不同强度耐力运动训练对大鼠心肌ATP敏感性钾通道表达的影响。方法:40只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为对照组、大强度组、中强度组和小强度组。建立大鼠运动模型,采用RT-PCR技术与Western blot技术,检测大鼠心肌KATP各亚基的表达。结果:RT-PCR结果显示,大强度组和中等强度组Kir6.1的基因表达明显高于对照组;大强度组、中等强度组及小强度组Kir6.2的基因表达显著高于对照组;大强度组、中等强度组及小强度组SUR2的基因表达均显著高于对照组;在大鼠心肌组织中未能检测到SUR1的基因表达。Western blot结果与PCR结果基本相同,但小强度组Kir6.1蛋白表达也明显高于对照组。结论:各种强度的长期耐力运动训练可增加KATP的表达。  相似文献

We studied the responses of the activities of adenosine-triphosphate (ATP) sulfurylase (ATPS) and serine acetyltransferase (SAT) to cadmium (Cd) levels and treatment time in hyperaccumulating ecotype (HE) Sedum alfredii Hance, as compared with its non-hyperaccumulating ecotype (NHE). The results show that plant growth was inhibited in NHE but promoted in HE when exposed to high Cd level. Cd concentrations in leaves and shoots rapidly increased in HE rather than in NHE, and they became much higher in HE than in NHE along with increasing treatment time and Cd supply levels. ATPS activity was higher in HE than in NHE in all Cd treatments, and increased with increasing Cd supply levels in both HE and NHE when exposed to Cd treatment within 8 h. However, a marked difference of ATPS activity between HE and NHE was found with Cd treatment for 168 h, where ATPS activity increased in HE but decreased in NHE. Similarly, SAT activity was higher in HE than in NHE at all Cd treatments, but was more sensitive in NHE than in HE. Both ATPS and SAT activities in NHE leaves tended to decrease with increasing treatment time after 8 h at all Cd levels. The results reveal the different responses in sulfur assimilation enzymes and Cd accumulation between HE and NHE. With increasing Cd stress, the activities of sulfur assimilation enzymes (ATPS and SAT) were induced in HE, which may contribute to Cd accumulation in the hyperaccumulator Sedum alfredii Hance. 目的:通过给训练小鼠灌服蜂胶,观察蜂胶对小鼠红细胞ATP酶活性的影响。方法:小鼠随机分为三组,训练组和训练+蜂胶组进行四周递增强度的游泳训练,每周游泳6天。结果:(1)训练组与对照组相比,红细胞Na^+-K^+-ATP酶Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP酶活性显著降低,血浆MDA含量显著增高;(2)训练+蜂胶组小鼠ATP酶活性显著高于训练组,血浆MDA含量显著降低。结论:蜂胶可以明显提高小鼠运动后Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP酶活性,此作用与蜂胶的抗氧化作用有关。  相似文献

从代谢关键酶和代谢底物两方面综述了大强度训练对ATP/CP代谢的影响。大强度训练对CK活性的影响存在着争议,但高水平的运动员能够更快地动用CP;大强度训练在一定程度上可以提高MK活性;大强度训练对肌凝蛋白Ca2 -ATP酶活性的影响不确定,多数学者认为不会改变其安静时水平,但会影响运动时所能达到的最大ATP酶活性。大强度运动时,几乎所有类型肌纤维中的CP都参与供能,而ATP供能主要发生在Ⅱ型肌纤维。大强度训练对安静时ATP/CP含量影响不大,但是非常大强度、大运动量的训练可能会引起ATP少许减少;运动训练可以增加线粒体ATP生成速率;大强度运动中TAN代谢与肌纤维类型有关,主要发生在Ⅱ型肌纤维。  相似文献

Strategic research partnerships (SRPs) have become a salient feature of the US National Innovation System. We provide an overview of SRPs and examine the antecedents and consequences of centerpiece legislation designed to stimulate the formation of SRPs: the National Cooperative Research Act (NCRA) of 1984. NCRA allows firms to disclose their research joint ventures (RJVs) to the Department of Justice, which enabled them to significantly reduce their exposure to antitrust litigation. We estimate an econometric model of trends in RJV filings and find that, as intended by the legislation, the propensity of firms to engage in RJVs is sensitive to changes in the global competitiveness of US high-technology industries. More importantly, our results suggest that the establishment of the Commerce Department’s Advanced Technology Program, which provides financial support to firms that engage in collaborative research projects, induced firms to engage in additional (privately financed) RJVs. This is a spillover mechanism that warrants further attention as national innovation systems evolve.  相似文献

Specific ATP content of volatile solids was measured to characterize the sludge activity in a sequential anaerobic/aerobic wastewater treatment system, with an upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor and a three-phase aerobic fluidized bed (AFB) reactor. The wastewater COD level was 2000(3000 mg/L in simulation of real textile wastewater. The ATP content and the specific ATP contents of volatile solids at different heights of the UASB reactor and those of the suspended and immobilized biomass in the AFB reactor were measured. In the UASB reactor, the maximum value of specific ATP (0.85 mg ATP/g VS) was obtained at a hydraulic retention time (HRT) 7.14 h in the blanket solution. In the AFB reactor, the specific ATP content of suspended biomass was higher than that of immobilized biomass and increased with hydraulic retention time reaching a maximum value of 1.6 mg ATP/g VS at hydraulic retention time 4.35 h. The ATP content of anaerobes in the UASB effluent declined rapidly under aerobic conditions following a 2nd-order kinetic model.  相似文献
