大型文献数字化项目元数据互操作调查与启示

大型文献数字化项目元数据标准的多样性与信息资源需求接口单一性之间的冲突,使得元数据互操作势在必行。通过文献调研、比较研究、案例分析等方法对大学数字图书馆国际合作计划、谷歌图书、欧洲数字图书馆、HaithTrust、美国记忆等八个国内外知名的大型文献数字化项目的元数据互操作情况进行分析,发现映射、集成、协议和API较为常用,注册、转换和关联数据的应用范围相对较小。建议我国大型数字化项目的元数据互操作向细粒度和去格式化的方向努力。图4。表5。参考文献25。  相似文献

大众传播介入佤族木鼓文化传承后,佤族木鼓文化发生了变迁：木鼓形质改变,用途缩减、用法随意,木鼓文化作为一种神圣的生产文化之原始意义已经消失。佤族木鼓文化变迁源于大众传播的符号转换需求,并完成于符号转换的编码过程中。由他者完成的符号转换过程在受到不当的受众和社会需求输入后,文化生产输出了变迁的木鼓文化,最终改变了大众传播传承民族文化的传播效果。  相似文献   

US news magazine images of black‐Asian American relationships, 1980–1992

During the past 20 years, primarily Latinos and Asians have immigranted to these shores and settled in urban areas. Media sources assert that this influx created particularly problematic relations between blacks and Asian Americans. Using Frame theory and textual analysis, we explored the images newsmagazines produced of this relationship. We found that one frame predominated: the nature of group relations had to do with each group's “essential”; qualities. Within this frame there also appeared four media packages: 1) the nature of the urban space, 2) the role of culture in the quality of relationships, 3) the essential qualities of urban residents and 4) the preeminence of class over race. Analysis of black‐Asian American relationships, while not strictly hegemonic, rarely deviated from accepted critiques. The nature of the coverage constrained understanding to personal shortcomings, while poverty and racial strife were rarely associated with historical and structural factors.  相似文献

Effect of pH on spectral characteristics of P5C-ninhydrin derivative: Application in the assay of ornithine amino transferase activity from tissue lysate

Currently available method(s) for assaying pyrroline-5-carboxylate (P5C), an important intermediate metabolite of ornithine, proline and glutamate metabolic pathways, are cumbersome or not sensitive enough for microanalysis. The present study involving the synthesis of P5C followed by purity check, molecular mass (amu =113.1) determination by mass spectrometry and spectral characterization of P5C-ninhydrin derivative (λ max: 510 nm) confirmed the authenticity of the preparation. Studies on the effect of pH on spectral characteristics of P5C ninhydrin derivative demonstrated a significant change with respect to λ max (620 nm) and several ∼ 12 fold increase in molar extinction coefficient (ε: 1.96 × 10⁵) in alkaline conditions (pH:7.0–8.0) as compared to the reported Molar ε of 1.65 × 10⁴ at max λ 510 nm in ethanolic solution. The modified method, with the improved sensitivity, is adopted for the assay of ornithine amino transferase activity in WBC’s/platelets lysate(s) from human blood.  相似文献

盐城地区全民健身问题及对策研究

通过实地考察、问卷调查等方法对盐城地区全民健身的现状进行研究。市民健身意识增强,全民健身专业管理人员和指导人员严重缺乏,政府投入与当地经济发展不相协调,体质监测涉及面窄。管理体系薄弱是影响全民健身运动发展的重要因素;民众对健身运动的正确认识和热情为全民健身运动的发展注入了活力;专业技术人员缺乏使全民健身科学化任重而道远;多渠道筹措资金,促进资源的优化配制及合理利用是全民健身运动发展的根本保障。  相似文献
