The aim of this study is to clarify how pre-service teachers perceive mentor teachers’ use of mentoring skills. Sixty stimulated-recall interviews were conducted, each in connection with a previously recorded mentoring dialogue. A quantitative analysis showed that six types of mentoring skills appeared to be perceived by pre-service teachers as offering emotional support and five others as offering task assistance. After mentor teachers were trained in mentoring skills, shifts in their frequencies of use of distinct skills, as observed by independent raters, corresponded to a considerable extent with shifts in frequencies of pre-service teacher perceptions of mentor teachers’ mentoring behaviour. 相似文献

文章采用微观社会学的社区研究方法,以反映我国乡土社会结构和文化模式特点的乡土特征为概念工具,选取丹巴县甲居藏寨为案例区域,实证研究旅游活动对民族社区乡土特征的影响。研究表明:作为民族社区结构内核的血缘关系和亲缘关系受到旅游活动的冲击较小,乡村社会结构特征的基本面依然存在,社会结构并未完全裂变;旅游发展强化了"私、己"观念,居民更关注私己利益,削弱了保护"公共资源"的集体意识;传统价值观和功利价值观新旧并存,共同指导着居民的行为;旅游发展促使社区居民根据自我意愿对某些传统礼治秩序进行调整和改良,传统礼俗和伦理的约束力降低。 相似文献

Many people enjoy watching magicians perform magic acts and seemingly do the impossible. In many of these acts, magicians use sleight of hand, trickery, and special tools. There are, however, other occasions in which audience perceptions are used to make them see things differently. This exploits people's tendencies to see things based on their expectations and prior experience. One of these is perceptual readiness, the tendency for people to see what they expect or want to see. Third- and first-person perceptions (TPPs/FPPs) are considered to be biased judgments of media influence on self and others. Research suggests that perspective taking, i.e., thinking from another person’s position, decreases perceptual gaps between self and others via assimilation. In a two-factorial experiment (n = 431), we test whether this effect of perspective taking (Factor 1) holds true for the presumed influence of desirable and undesirable messages (Factor 2). Results indicate that perspective taking significantly reduces TPPs in the case of an undesirable message but not FPPs that are provoked by the desirable message. The observable effect traces back to a change in presumed message influence on the self. Presumed influence on others was independent of both factors, desirability of message influence and perspective taking. These findings are discussed in the light of cognitive and motivational explanations for FPPs/TPPs. 相似文献

This paper adopts a qualitative approach to study the perceptions of six secondary teachers from two schools with a similar background and history of school‐based management (SBM). The study aims to explore the views of the teachers in the following areas: changes in school administration and the structure of the school under SBM; changes in the role of teachers and the activities of the Parent–Teacher Associations; the challenges facing principals; and teachers' worries and concerns under SBM. The study is significant as it supplements the limited number of researches on the roles of teachers and principals under SBM in Hong Kong. As serving teachers now play increasingly important roles in schools and work closely with their principals in administrative and educational matters, they can provide invaluable insights into the new era of change. 相似文献

本文以高等教育领域的腐败问题为考察对象,揭示了该现象在中亚和东欧国家的普遍存在.文中的腐败既包括高校管理人员在认证、采购、录取和评分环节发生的行贿受贿行为,也包括学生和老师在评分、考试以及教科书购买环节发生的行贿受贿行为.腐败现象日益严重的原因在于,转型时期决策权的下放和高等院校相关经验的缺乏.本文运用中亚和东欧六国学生调查的数据,阐明了这些国家教育领域的腐败问题较之北美和西欧的严重程度.文章还对遏制腐败的措施、调查中的统计数据以及腐败给国家带来的损失进行了探讨. 相似文献
