通过对灰度图像的边缘检测的研究,构造了一种新的基于色度差的边缘检测算法,并充分利用彩色图像的颜色信息,将此算法从灰度图像转化到RGB的颜色空间中。这种新方法旨在区别于传统意义上对图像的边缘检测要求的精准性,而把提取出彩色图像中直观形象的轮廓信息作为研究目的。实验仿真表明,该算法提取出的边缘能够较好地反映目标图像中具有代表性的信息。  相似文献

This article is a critical review of the internship measurement scales in higher education. Although the importance of internships is widely acknowledged in the literature, there is a scarcity of attempts to construct a scale to measure internship outcomes. In fact, a thorough examination of the internship literature reveals that there are only two internship measurement scales, which are relatively recent. It is a widespread practice that empirical studies in this area use job-related scales in their endeavour to measure internship-related constructs such as internship satisfaction and internship effectiveness. This is mostly due to the lack of available internship scales and partly due to the naive assumption that job-related scales can be somehow altered and may readily be adapted to internship-related contexts, disregarding the contextual and contractual differences between a job and an internship. This casts doubt on the validity of the findings in those studies. However, the valid measurement of internships is not only necessary to meet the highest academic standards but also to make evidence-based employability policies in higher education institutions. Therefore, this article aims to highlight the need to measure internship processes more effectively based on a sound method and bring this issue to the attention of the research community worldwide. To that end, the existing scales of internship are critically examined and areas for improvements are highlighted.  相似文献

This study comprises the second stage of a research program in which sense of efficacy for teaching (SET) was investigated in Chinese mainland preservice and inservice teachers (PSTs and ISTs, respectively). Scores on SET were calculated and described, and SET comparisons were made between and within PSTs and ISTs. Relative to PSTs, ISTs had higher SET; within both the PSTs and IST samples there were no gender differences; but among ISTs there were some associations of SET with years of teaching, teacher roles, and whether the schools were categorized as advanced or standard. Tentative comparisons are drawn concerning SET in Chinese and Western contexts, and recommendations are made concerning effective measurement of teacher sense of efficacy in China and elsewhere.  相似文献

《韦氏儿童智力量表-第四版》于2003年在北美公开发行和使用以来,得到众多学校心理学、儿童心理学和临床心理学专家的好评。与以往韦氏儿童智力量表相比,第四版本不再使用单一的言语量表得分和操作量表得分来笼统概括儿童的智力水平,而是提供了言语理解(Verbal Comprehension)、知觉推理(Perceptual Reasoning)、工作记忆(Working Memory)和加工速度(Processing Speed)四大分量表的索引得分以及一个全量表得分。这种更加细化的分类使得这一测验的结果有助于更精确地做临床诊断。心理学工作者和特殊教育工作者可以更直观、更具体地判断出被试是否在某一特定的认知功能方面有障碍或缺陷。韦氏第四套智力量表与以往的韦氏量表相比不仅仅是更新和扩大了常模,其设计理念的改进、记分方法的改变都使得该测验的结果更有助于心理学和特殊教育工作者做出更准确的解释和临床判断。文章详细介绍了韦氏第四套儿童智力量表的结构、相关的理论支持、各个分测验的设计理念和作用、信度和效度等指标、如何解释该量表的测验结果以及其临床应用价值等。笔者希望该简介有抛砖引玉的作用,使同行可以以“他山之石”为用。  相似文献

This study used panel data to examine attitudes of U. S. residents toward the Soviet Union during the onset of a thaw in relations between the superpowers in the mid 1980s. The study of uncertainty is central to an understanding of organizational communication. This research investigates the organizational work climates that emerge from the way employees manage uncertainty as well as the way they perceive their organization manages uncertainty. The uncertainty management matrix (UMM) is presented as a conceptual framework, followed by three scale development studies. Given the significant support system changes that students often experience at the university level, college students often view fellow students as their primary source of academic support. This study offers validity evidence for the Student Academic Support Scale (SASS), a 15-item, multidimensional measure that assesses informational, esteem, motivational, and venting support. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of the SASS revealed close model fit, replicated prior CFA tests (Thompson & Mazer, 2009 Thompson , B. , & Mazer , J. P. ( 2009 ). College student ratings of student academic support: Frequency, importance, and modes of communication . Communication Education , 58 , 433458 .[Taylor & Francis Online], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]), and ultimately provided additional evidence for content validity. More important, correlations between student academic support, student motivation, affective learning, and engagement suggest that the SASS construct is related to other theoretically similar constructs, providing initial evidence for construct validity.
