球员、教练、裁判、管理者与球迷是现代足球的五要素,其中球迷的作用至关重要。球迷与戏迷不同,球迷可以深入地影响球员的斗志,还可以间接地主导赛事进程乃至最后的比分。足球有很强的聚会功能。足球如果脱离了大批量观众,就会变成一种隐私性的个人身体修炼技巧,从而导致其异化。足球恰是通过球迷才实现了从个人隐私到大众聚会的功能转换。足球已然成为一种现代神话,而完成此现代神话构建过程的同样是球迷群体。球迷已经成为一种脱离了世俗干扰的群落,他们就像城市里的新型部落人员一样,构建出一种精神性的世外桃源。  相似文献   

Development and Reliability of the Comprehensive Crisis Plan Checklist, 2nd Edition

As the research base for school crisis intervention and prevention expands, the need for well-developed tools to assess school readiness in the event of a crisis increases. This paper describes how the Comprehensive Crisis Plan Checklist (CCPC) was updated to reflect advances in crisis management and crisis planning. An extensive literature search and pilot study were used to refine existing items and create new items for the checklist. The Comprehensive Crisis Plan Checklist, 2^nd Edition (CCPC-2) has 102 items separated into three sections: prevention, intervention, and postvention. The CCPC-2 can be used by crisis teams to create new crisis plans or evaluate existing ones. Users are encouraged to carefully consider the inclusion of all items and articulate why individual items are not necessarily based on their specific needs. The CCPC-2 was given to 10 pairs of raters to evaluate school-based crisis plans; average interrater reliability was 89.04%. Discussion focuses on item analysis and how to use the checklist within a school setting.  相似文献

数字经济背景下,数字创业团队利用数字技术开展数字创业活动且主要负责企业数字战略决策和持续运作,是主导与推动数字创业发展的重要因素。首先,本文在梳理创业团队和数字创业研究的基础上,从数字创业团队成员构成数量的基本要求、数字技术的赋能作用和数字创业团队的主体作用3个层面出发,对数字创业团队的内涵进行了界定。其次,从团队构成、团队认知、团队决策、管理手段和运作方式5个方面系统探讨了数字创业团队相较于传统创业团队的新特征。再次,基于I-P-O范式,构建了数字创业团队研究的理论框架,包含数字创业团队的创业过程以及该过程的影响因素和结果产出,并考虑了数字技术的支撑作用。最后,总结了本文的理论意义和管理启示,并提出了未来研究方向。  相似文献

Background:The proliferation of systematic reviews has impacted library operations and activities as librarians support, collaborate, and perform more tasks in the systematic review process. This case report describes a toolkit that librarians with extensive experience in supporting multiple review teams use to manage time, resources, and expectations in the systematic review process.Case Presentation:The toolkit is a compilation of documents that we use to effectively communicate with and help review teams understand and navigate each stage of the systematic review process. Elements included in the toolkit and discussed in this case report are intake forms, communication templates and memoranda, a process flow diagram, library guides on tools for retrieval and data appraisal, and established standards for guidance during the write-up stage. We describe the use of the toolkit for both education and project management, with a focus on its use in helping manage team time, resources, and expectations.Discussion:The systematic review toolkit helps librarians connect systematic review steps and tasks to actionable items. The content facilitates and supports discussion and learning by both librarians and team members. This toolkit helps librarians share important information and resources for each stage of the process.  相似文献   

创新优势差异对科研团队创新过程风险的影响机制

科研团队具有跨区域、跨层次、多主体等特点,往往具有复杂性和不确定性,然而,以往成果对其风险识别存在缺口。从优势理论视角,揭示科研团队创新优势差异对过程风险的影响机制。采用扎根理论方法和探索性案例方法结合的方式,分析3个科研团队及其创新过程,随后对其关键风险提炼和识别,研究结果表明：创新优势差异通过诱发个体参与风险、协同分工风险和目标互异风险减弱创新协作与风险控制的效果。进一步而言,从个体角度看,个体参与风险体现在定位风险、行为风险、能力风险;从团队角度看,协同分工风险表现在成果分配风险、知识共享风险、成员关系风险;从组织角度看,目标互异风险体现在观念认同风险、任务复杂性风险、决策信息不对称风险。据此,从发挥个体优势和创新优势互补两方面给出创新管理的参考。  相似文献
