[目的]了解室内装修污染物苯系物及甲醛对小鼠微核和精子的联合毒性.[方法]选用健康小鼠以静式吸入染毒,苯、甲苯、二甲苯及甲醛联合染毒剂量(mg/m3)分别为低剂量组:0.5+1.5+1+1、中剂量组:1+3+1.5+2、高剂量组:2+4.5+2+3,每日染毒8 h,连续染毒5 d,染毒结束后1 d处死动物,检测小鼠骨髓细胞中嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核率;染毒结束后35 d处死动物,检测雄性小鼠精子畸形率;另设阴性和阳性对照组,阴性对照组采用新鲜空气,阳性对照组腹腔注射一定剂量的环磷酰胺溶液.[结果]联合染毒后实验组小鼠的PEC微核率与阴性对照组相比显著增高(P<0.01);联合染毒后实验组雄性小鼠精子受到损伤,精子畸形率明显增高(P<0.01),苯系物及甲醛具有协同作用,且染毒结束后35 d仍高于阴性对照组(P<0.01).[结论]苯系物及甲醛联合毒作用能够诱导小鼠骨髓细胞中PCE微核率和精子畸形率增高.  相似文献

北方冬季校园室内空气微生物污染的调查与评价

在校园师生活动较多的10个不同的室内环境进行了空气污染细菌与真菌的调查,结果表明：各场所空气微生物污染的程度不同,污染细菌的种类与数量均多于真菌,多数场所（90%）污染细菌的数量严重超标,最高的超标达5.8倍以上,但组成基本相似,革兰氏阳性菌（37.42%),多于革兰氏阴性菌（12.58%),微生物污染的程度与人口密度、活动量、湿度、通风状况、卫生条件等多种因素有关。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Chalconatronite, Na₂[Cu(CO₃)]₂·3H₂O, is formed as a corrosion product when copper alloys are exposed to sodium carbonate solutions in the air. This also happens when metals come into contact with corroding soda glass which forms alkaline surface films in reaction with humidity from clean air. More often, substantial amounts of formaldehyde are present indoors which react to formate via the Cannizzarro reaction and accumulate over time in the films. Twenty cases of chalconatronite (including two mentioned in the literature) are reported as occurring on heritage objects with glass in contact with copper alloys: Baroque reliquaries with set glass gems, enamel on metal (sixteenth century and a modern replica of intentionally unstable composition), Christmas tree glass baubles with wires, glass buttons with metal shanks, a glass figure with a wire support, miners’ lamps, and a glass framed daguerreotype. These confirmed identifications might help conservators in investigating similar cases to shed more light on the formation conditions.  相似文献   

Guideline in Jeopardy: Observations on the Application of the ASHRAE Chapter on Climate Control in Museums

ABSTRACT

This paper provides the climate specifications of several museums in the Netherlands that have been renovated. These climate specifications developed in the last two decades are very similar, and hence demonstrate that not much has changed in 20 years. Since the use of the climate classes presented by ASHRAE often plays a major role in developing climate specifications in Dutch museums, an analysis was made of its pros and cons. Issues concerning the use of the ASHRAE table are presented: the table is used as a list, the meaning of short fluctuations is unclear, and translating the numbers to a control algorithm is troublesome. An alternative table is presented for temperature and relative humidity specifications to overcome these issues.  相似文献

A sodium copper formate, first described in 2002, can also form on copper alloys with sodium originating from soda glass hydrolysis. The frequent occurrence (50% of 250 cases of glass-induced metal corrosion) is due to the presence of formaldehyde emissions in storage and its direct reaction to formate in the alkaline surface films. The compound can be produced without the presence of acetate when chalconatronite or metal coupons immersed in soda solution are exposed to formaldehyde vapours. The crystal structure, derived from X-ray powder diffraction, yielded the sum formula Cu₄Na₄O(HCOO)₈(OH)₂·4H₂O. Except for the absence of acetate in the structure, this is in good agreement with the 2002 publication. To assess which kind of combined glass/metal objects are affected, a number of large museum collections were surveyed. Sodium copper formate was detected as a corrosion product using mainly micro-Raman spectroscopy, for instance, on 18 painted Limoges enamels, eight glass vessels with metal mountings, glass beads on metal wire from 11 bridal crowns, nine Christmas tree balls with wire decoration, 40 pieces of jewellery with glass gems, three daguerreotypes, and one miniature with cover glasses.  相似文献   

Monitoring weekly heart rate variability in futsal players during the preseason: the importance of maintaining high vagal activity

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to compare the weekly natural log of the root-mean-square difference of successive normal inter-beat (RR) intervals (ln RMSSD_Weekly) and its coefficient of variation (ln RMSSD_CV) in response to 5 weeks of preseason training in professional male futsal players. A secondary aim was to assess the relationship between ln RMSSD_Weekly and ln RMSSD_CV. The ln RMSSD is a measure of cardiac–vagal activity, and ln RMSSD_CV represents the perturbations of cardiac autonomic homeostasis, which may be useful for assessing how athletes are coping with training. Ten futsal players had their resting ln RMSSD recorded prior to the first daily training session on four out of approximately five regular training days · week^?1. Session rating of perceived exertion (sRPE) was quantified for all training sessions. Despite weekly sRPE varying between 3455 ± 300 and 5243 ± 463 arbitrary units (a.u.), the group changes in ln RMSSD_Weekly were rated as unclear (using magnitude-based inference), although large inter-individual variability in ln RMSSD responses was observed. The ln RMSSD_CV in weeks 4 and 5 were likely lower than the previous weeks. A large and significant negative correlation (r = ?0.53; CI 90%: ?0.36; ?0.67) was found between ln RMSSD and ln RMSSD_CV. Therefore, monitoring individual ln RMSSD responses is suggested since large inter-individual variations may exist in response to futsal training. In addition, higher values of ln RMSSD are associated with lower oscillations of cardiac autonomic activity.  相似文献
