慢跑鞋功能测评方法的探讨性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
运动鞋的功能特性是运动员非常关心的问题.采用德国Novel公司的Pedar鞋垫式(in-sole)足底压力测量系统,对15名男运动员和10名女运动员分别穿着4款慢跑鞋、2款马拉松鞋和体操鞋(模拟赤足状态)进行3个速度(1.5 m/s、3 m/s和5 m/s)下的足底压力测量.通过步态周期(GC)、最大地面反作用力(MF)、最大足底压强(PPP)、压力-时间积分值(PTI)等参数的分析,以及通过鞋底材料的压缩实验,测试鞋底不同部位的弹性模量和力-位移曲线,对评价运动鞋功能特性的方法进行了有益探索,并得到了测评结果和结论.  相似文献

运用鞋垫式足底压力测试系统,对前中国男排主攻队员隋盛胜四号位扣球起跳技术的足底压力参数进行了采集和分析。结果表明:右腿贡献大于左腿;右足后区首先着地,之后由足中区过渡到足前区。左足后区首先着地,之后依次是足前区和足中区,足后区、足前区和足中区的着地时间均相差2ms;蹬伸到离地阶段,左、右足均有内旋动作;左、右足的最大压力峰值和平均压力按从大到小的顺序均出现在足前区、足后区和足中区。  相似文献

运用footscan 7.9压力分布测试系统,对济南市山师附小15名和文东小学10名学生进行足底压力分布的测试。以BMI>26为肥胖判定标准,将学生分成两组(正常组与肥胖组)进行对比分析。研究结果表明:1)正常儿童足底各区压力峰值均显著性低于肥胖儿童。2)肥胖儿童足弓区域接触面积较正常儿童非常显著增大。3)肥胖儿童足底各区压强峰值偏高,其中HM、HL、MF、M4、M2区域,差异性具有高度显著性(P<0.01)。  相似文献

运用文献资料法和实验法,对练习陈式太极拳的三名受试者金刚捣碓动作进行足底压力分析,以揭示陈式太极拳金刚捣碓动作足底压力的变化规律。结果表明,在金刚捣碓动作中左足的足后区、足中区外侧的压力载荷显著大于其他部位;右足的足后区内侧、足中区内侧和第4、5砣骨区显著大于其他部位。在金刚捣碓震脚时,左足主要集中在足后区和足前区外侧,右足主要集中在足后区和足前区内侧。建议在练习陈式太极拳时,加强对足底各部位小肌肉群和踝关节的训练,尤其是足跟区和第一砣骨关节部位,以免运动损伤。  相似文献

应用螺旋CT及体视学研究方法对普通大学生踝关节跖屈肌肌肉肌腱形态进行了较全面的测量分析,同时采用六维测力平台结合表面肌电测量仪测定最大跖屈力,探讨跖屈肌肌肉肌腱形态与收缩效应之间的关系。结果表明:①小腿跖屈肌横断面积、体积和小腿围度与肌肉力量之间存在密切的关系;②小腿长、腓肠肌长、比腓肠肌肌腱长与肌力有着明显的相关;比目鱼肌长只与提踵肌力有关;③跟腱长、比跟腱长和腓肠肌肌腱长与肌力之间不具相关性。  相似文献

目的:旨在建立肌电与足底压力同步模型,从身体内部工作状态的角度探讨速度滑冰的一般规律。方法:同步测量速滑运动肌电与足底压力以及视频信号,建立速度滑冰直道蹬冰单周期模型,揭示运动员身体内、外参数的变化规律。结果:建立了速滑蹬冰单周期模型,提出膝角120°位置处的爆发力为速滑的主要用力特征,将速滑蹬冰单周期细分为6个阶段。结论:肌电与足底压力同步测量、同步肌电分析方法的结合能有效地获取速滑运动身体信息和揭示运动规律,是一种有力的体育科学研究方法。  相似文献

Abstract

This study aimed to assess plantar pressure pattern modifications caused by short- and long-distance shots in women basketball players. To this end, 24 experienced national- and regional-level basketball players performed 3 trials of 4 technical gestures (free throw, jump stop shot, three-point shot and lay-up) barefoot on a pressure platform placed in fixed positions on the court. Raw data were processed to calculate location and magnitude of pressure peaks in three sub-regions (forefoot, midfoot and rearfoot), and the increase ratio was calculated relative to plantar pressure measured during a static bipedal and unipedal upright stance. The results showed significant increases (p<0.001) in plantar pressure peaks in forefoot (but not midfoot and rearfoot) for all the gestures that involved the use of both legs. Particularly large increases were detected for the three-point shot. All three sub-regions underwent significant changes of the pressure peak in the case of lay-up (forefoot and rearfoot: p<0.001, midfoot: p=0.002). The high levels of contact stress detected for routinely performed technical gestures suggest that a detailed knowledge of changes in the physiological patterns of plantar stresses that take place during play is crucial in reducing the risk of foot injuries and establishing proper training and rehabilitation protocols.  相似文献

Ground reaction force measurements are a fundamental element of kinetic analyses of locomotion, yet they are traditionally constrained to laboratory settings or stationary frames. This study assessed the validity and reliability of a new wireless in-shoe system (Novel Loadsol/Pedoped) for field-based ground reaction force measurement in hopping, walking, and running. Twenty participants bilaterally hopped on a force plate and walked (5 km/hr) and ran (10 km/hr) on an instrumented treadmill on two separate days while wearing the insoles. GRFs were recorded simultaneously on each respective system. Peak GRF in hopping and peak GRF, contact time (CT), and impulse (IMP) in walking and running were compared on a per-hop and step-by-step basis. In hopping, the insoles demonstrated excellent agreement with the force plate (ICC: 0.96). In walking and running, the insoles demonstrated good-to-excellent agreement with the treadmill across all measures (ICCs: 0.88–0.96) and were reliable across sessions (ICCs within 0.00–0.03). A separate verification study with ten participants was conducted to assess a correction algorithm for further agreement improvement but demonstrated little meaningful change in systemic agreements. These results indicated that the Novel Loadsol system is a valid and reliable tool for wireless ground reaction force measurement in hopping, walking, and running.  相似文献

Abstract

An investigation was conducted to determine the effects of fatiguing exercise upon the Achilles tendon reflex. Eleven subjects performed one of four exercise tasks on each of four separate days. The exercise conditions involved low-intensity isometric, high-intensity isometric, low-intensity isotonic or high-intensity isotonic exercise. The low-intensity tasks required a 25% MVC load, while the high-intensity conditions required a 50% MVC load. Results showed that low-intensity isometric exercise reduced reflex force, as well as the time needed to reach peak force, while high-intensity exercise produced an enhancement of reflex force. Half-relaxation time was faster after subjects executed low-intensity isometric exercise, but generally somewhat prolonged following high-intensity isometric exercise. Thus, the Achilles tendon reflex may be either enhanced or depressed depending upon the type and intensity of exercise performed.  相似文献

应用运动生物力学原理,对乒乓球运动中三种步法的足底压力进行分析,得到以下主要结论:乒乓球典型步法动作过程中双脚的足底压力主要承载区域集中在足前区,足中区受力不明显。击球发力脚足后区足底压力峰值交叉步步法最大,并步步法次之,跨步步法最小。前足中区为足前区较为稳定的主要受力区域,前足外侧区和前足内侧区所受足底压力峰值的大小与步法的动作形式有关。  相似文献
