宋代的四川是铁钱流通区，由于北宋初年实行上供政策的结果，四川地区的铁钱与铜钱的比值由五代后蜀的２．１：１急降宋太宗太平兴国初年的１４：１，从而对四川的货币经济产生严重影响，宋朝延要用增铸铁钱和允许铜钱入川的办法，提高铁钱的币值，从而使铁钱与铜钱在太平兴国以后基本稳定在１０：１的比值上。  相似文献   

Gene expression and apoptosis response in hepatocellular carcinoma cells induced by biocompatible polymer/magnetic nanoparticles containing 5-fluorouracil

BackgroundSuper-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPION) contain a chemotherapeutic drug and are regarded as a promising technique for improving targeted delivery into cancer cells.ResultsIn this study, the fabrication of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) was investigated with loaded Dextran (DEX-SPION) using the co-precipitation technique and conjugated by folate (FA). These nanoparticles (NPs) were employed as carriers and anticancer compounds against liver cancer cells in vitro. Structural, magnetic, morphological characterization, size, and drug loading activities of the obtained FA-DEX-5-FU-SPION NPs were checked using FTIR, VSM, FESEM, TEM, DLS, and zeta potential techniques. The cellular toxicity effect of FA-DEX-5-FU-SPION NPs was evaluated using the MTT test on liver cancer (SNU-423) and healthy cells (LO2). Furthermore, the apoptosis measurement and the expression levels of NF-1, Her-2/neu, c-Raf-1, and Wnt-1 genes were evaluated post-treatment using flow cytometry and RT-PCR, respectively. The obtained NPs were spherical with a suitable dispersity without noticeable aggregation. The size of the NPs, polydispersity, and zeta were 74 ± 13 nm, 0.080 and −45 mV, respectively. The results of the encapsulation efficiency of the nano-compound showed highly colloidal stability and proper drug maintenance. The results indicated that FA-DEX-5-FU-SPION demonstrated a sustained release profile of 5-FU in both phosphate and citrate buffer solutions separately, with higher cytotoxicity against SNU-423 cells than against other cells types. These findings suggest that FA-DEX-SPION NPs exert synergistic effects for targeting intracellular delivery of 5-FU, apoptosis induction, and gene expression stimulation.ConclusionsThe findings proved that FA-DEX-5-FU-SPION presented remarkable antitumor properties; no adverse subsequences were revealed against normal cells.How to cite: Mahdia SA, Kadhimb AA, Albukhaty S, et al. 铬天青双波长法测定铁、镍含量实验设计

通过设计一个以铬天青为显色剂,溴化十六烷基三甲胺为增敏剂,运用双波长法同时测定铁、镍含量的实验方法 .并探究了该方法的最适测定条件,确定477.00 nm、480.00 nm、496.00 nm为测定波长.计算出FeCAS、Ni-CAS在480.00 nm处摩尔吸收系数,测定混合样品溶液在确定波长下的吸光度,并计算出Fe-CAS在477.00 nm与496.00 nm处的吸光度差值;通过线性回归方程计算出Fe3+的浓度;再通过Fe3+、Ni2+在480.00 nm处的一元线性回归方程计算出Ni2+的浓度.  相似文献

槲皮素在壳聚糖席夫碱衍生物修饰电极上的电化学行为研究

利用壳聚糖（CTS）与香草醛合成改性壳聚糖席夫碱衍生物（VCG）,将其滴涂在玻碳电极表面形成薄膜,通过吸附富集电子介体Fe（CN）6^3-,使其固定在电极表面,制备了壳聚糖席夫碱衍生物修饰玻碳电极（Fe（CN）6^3-3-/VCG/GC）.以此修饰电极为工作电极,铂电极为对电极,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,用循环伏安法对槲皮素的电化学行为进行了研究.在pH 6.0的磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）中,氧化峰电流与槲皮素浓度在10^-4～10^-2 mol/L范围内呈比较好的线形关系,可用于槲皮素测定.  相似文献

"輮"字出现在中学语文课本所选《荀子.劝学》篇:"木直中绳,以为轮,其曲中轨,虽有槁暴,不复挺者,使之然也"一句,历来中学课本注释均没有将它解释得准确而简明,甚至出现错讹。从古代造车工艺和车辆结构的角度,分析"輮"字,从而求得确切注解,即"輮"乃古代造车工艺中对直木加湿、加热、加力使之"曲"且"中规"。这个工艺在北方也叫"熨"(音yù)。然后明确"輮"不仅是加工竹木的工艺,同时也是车轮中"其曲中规"而被称为"轮辋"的部分。  相似文献

Sorption of carbon tetrachloride （CT） by zero-valent iron （ZVI） is the rate-limiting step in the degradation of CT, so the sorption capacity of ZVl is of great importance. This experiment was aimed at enhancing the sorption of CT by ZVI and the degradation rate of CT by modification of surfactants. This study showed that ZVI modified by cationic surfactants has favorable synergistic effect on the degradation of CT. The CT degradation rate of ZVI modified by cetyl pyridinium bromide （CPB） was higher than that of the unmodified ZVI by 130%, and the CT degradation rate of ZVI modified by cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide （CTAB） was higher than that of the unmodified ZVI by 81%. This study also showed that the best degradation effect is obtained at the near critical micelle concentrations （CMC） and that high loaded cationic surfactant does not have good synergistic effect on the degradation due to its hydrophilicity and the block in surface reduction sites. Furthermore degradation of CT by ZVI modified by nonionic surfactant has not positive effect on the degradation as the ionic surfactant and the ZVI modified by anionic surfactant has hardly any obvious effects on the degradation.  相似文献

文章对不同生产方式铁粉的粒度进行分析对比,制作空白胎体进行机械性能对比,制作样片进行室内锯切性能对比。结果显示空白胎体中电解Fe粉显示脆性,微米铁粉和羰基铁粉显示韧性;电解铁粉的烧结硬度比微米铁粉和羰基铁粉高;做成锯片锯切混凝土对比,锋利度的排序是:Basf羰基Fe粉>国产羰基Fe粉>国产微米Fe粉>电解Fe粉;寿命排序为:国产微米Fe粉>国产羰基Fe粉>Basf羰基Fe粉>电解铁粉。  相似文献   

太极柔力球运动对老年女性血清雌激素、肌肉力量及认知功能的影响

目的:通过分析太极柔力球练习对老年女性血清雌激素、肌肉力量、手臂稳定性、光辨别反应时、长时及瞬时记忆保持量的影响,探讨太极柔力球运动提高老年女性肌肉力量及认知功能的可行性.方法:选取老年女性29人,分为对照组(14人)和锻炼组(15人),对两组血清雌二醇、左右手握力、红绿光辨别反应时、手臂稳定性及长时、瞬时记忆保持量等各项指标进行比较分析.结果:与对照组比较,老年女性太极柔力球锻炼组的血清雌二醇(76.85±15.36 pmol/L;P＜0.01)、右手握力(278.36±52.36 N;P＜0.01)、红绿光辨别反应时(0.42±0.15 s;0.60±0.21 s;P＜0.01,P＜0.05)、右手臂稳定性(3.65±0.52 mm;P＜0.01)、长时记忆保持量(0.55±0.09;P＜0.05)及瞬时记忆保持量(0.62±0.15;P＜0.05)差异均有显著性;左手握力(225.69±18.67 N)及左手臂稳定性(5.3±0.99 mm)较对照组增高,但无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:大极柔力球练习可增高老年女性的血清雌二醇水平,对提高老年女性的肌肉力量及认知功能具有积极作用,值得大力推广.  相似文献
