群际接触理论视角下藏区民汉合校交往问题研究

藏区民族团结是我国民族工作一个特别的重点。依据群际接触理论,考察藏区一所民汉合校师生交往情况,研究发现:学校管理呈现"民管民""汉管汉"的现象;汉族教师和藏族教师在工作、生活领域交往较少;师生交往侧重关注教学等工具性目标实现,忽视学生作为个体的"人"的价值关怀;混合编班的不同民族学生建立了良好的族际友谊;民族班与混合编班的学生有交往的动机。因此,需要逐步推进民汉合校管理一体化,构建公平、公正的管理制度,搭建促进不同民族师生交往、交流、交融的平台。  相似文献

上世纪50代末,彩调剧《刘三姐》从民间骤起,迅速遍及广西,半年间创造了演员近6万人、观众1200万人的会演壮举,接着震撼北京,波及全国。改编成电影后,跨出国门,走进港、澳、台、日本,风靡东南亚。不久,一场政治风暴将它打倒。8年后它重新奋起,再上北京,又跨出国门。大起、大落、再起,缘于《刘三姐》所积淀的中华民族艺术精华,以及所依附的不同时代的政治因素。  相似文献   

“I have to be three steps ahead”: Academically Gifted African American Male Students in an Urban High School on the Tension between an Ethnic and Academic Identity

This case study investigation of three Academically Gifted African American male high school seniors in a predominantly African American urban high school examines the interplay between their ethnic and academic identity. Using an embedded micro-ethnographic approach, we explore the extent to which these students value educational attainment, the extent to which they connect with their ethnicity, and those “significant others” who inhibit or dissuade the development of their ethnic and/or academic identity. Consistent with the conclusions of more recent educational literature, findings indicate participants in this investigation value the purpose and intent of schooling and the mobility associated with it, express “Blackness” is an essential component of their academic achievement and overall self concept, and credit people within their immediate social network for opening their eyes to social injustices within the world at an early age. Cross-ethnic friendship and prosocial behavior's potential significance to elementary children's academic competence

The authors, with Swedish elementary school students (N = 201), 9–12 years old, examined the potential significance to self-perceived academic competence of students' cross-ethnic friendship ties and prosocial behavior to better understand education's minority achievement gap. A crossed-lagged panel model was tested to investigate potential relationships between these variables over time, while controlling for temporal associations. The results revealed that higher levels of prosocial behavior were related to more positive academic performance six months later. However, higher levels of cross-ethnic friendship did not. The findings further establish the predictive influence of prosocial behavior on academic competence, indicating that this over-time relation is applicable also in the North European context, with its increasingly diverse ethnicity.  相似文献

科学技术的发展和应用始终以国家需要和人民诉求为导向,科技扶贫是脱贫攻坚工作的重要方式之一。根据部分贫困地区人均可用耕地少、水域面积广的地理资源特点,中国科学院水生生物研究所在湖北省恩施市龙凤镇和贵州省六盘水市水城县的扶贫实践中总结出一套"中科院技术+当地政府+当地龙头企业+贫困户/贫困集体"的生态渔业扶贫模式。即联合当地政府和龙头企业,在合理构建鱼类群落结构的基础上,科学利用山区水资源,可在保障水质的同时给周边渔农民带来经济收入。生态渔业扶贫模式的示范与推广不仅保护了生态环境,还有效促进了贫困山区水产养殖业的科学发展,使得当地群众增强了生态文明意识,掌握了一定的科学养殖技术,加速了贫困户增收脱贫,体现了扶贫模式的"造血"功能,保障了贫困户脱贫不返贫。  相似文献
