Analysis of the Effect of Network Structure on Innovation Performance： Based on China＇s Regional S＆T Collaboration Network in Fuel Cell

以创新网络结构一绩效为研究对象,分析结点属性、联系强度及网络中介位置等网络结构要素对创新网络绩效的作用。运用科研合作网络表示创新网络,以燃料电池为研究领域,将1989--2011年间中国学者合作发表在SCI来源期刊上的科技论文作为样本数据,利用UCINET6绘制中国区域科研合作网络图谱并获取网络结构的表征,验证结点属性、联系强度和中介位置等对创新绩效的作用机制及效果。研究结果表明：当分别考察结点属性、联系强度和网络中介位置等网络结构要素对创新绩效的作用时,它们均对创新绩效存在显著的促进作用;考察三者互动效应对创新绩效的作用时,中介位置对创新绩效不存在直接影响,而是借助联系强度间接促进创新绩效的提升。  相似文献

创业企业通过嵌入战略联盟获取竞争优势,但合作绩效往往低于预期水平。综合社会网络、行为科学和公平性等理论基本思想,探明合作绩效主要影响因子,并通过Pearson相关分析构建了影响＂科技企业孵化器—风险投资—在孵企业＂三方合作绩效的路径概念模型。实证分析结果为三方合作绩效与合作成功率提出了加强合作方的参与度、促进合作网络结构优化,并关注科技企业孵化器的＂桥梁＂作用与战略伙伴选择的无形资源拟合的对策。  相似文献

引入"合作开放度"的概念,建立区域研发合作开放度测算方案,选取北京、上海和广东作为样本区域,测算样本区域研发合作开放度指数,并从时序上考察合作开放度的演变,进而提炼出不同发展阶段的区域研发合作开放模式,并分析其创新产出效应,结果发现:(1)样本区域合作开放度的阶段差异显著,且其合作开放模式各具特色;(2)样本区域的创新产出受其区域合作开放度和合作开放模式的共同影响。  相似文献

深入理解合作知识创造机理有助于构建有效的合作知识创造管理模式,促进企业间的合作知识创造进程。可是,由于合作企业在战略规划、利益机制、企业文化和管理模式等方面存在差异,合作知识创造的机理非常复杂。在阐明结构化理论和合作知识创造理论一致性的基础上,应用结构二重性原理,从合作博弈、表意结构、支配结构和合法化结构四个维度对企业间合作知识创造的结构化演变机理进行了剖析,并构建了基于结构化模态的合作知识创造管理模式,以有效提高企业间合作知识创造绩效。  相似文献

Insights into inclusive education through a small Finnish case study of an inclusive school context

This study seeks to present data and discussion arising from a case study of a school in Finland renowned for its practice in the inclusion of learners with additional support requirements due to cognitive and physical disabilities. It aims to establish how the school staff understand their practice with inclusion through day-to-day professional experiences. The process of reflexive dialogue has enabled authors to reconceptualise our understanding of inclusive education through gaining deep contextual insight. The case study emerges as an inspiring effort to reduce exclusion and isolation through skilful manipulation of physical, institutional and communicative contexts, from which we may draw valuable lessons. The case study demonstrated high levels of personal motivation in teachers and assistants, used as a force for participation in inclusive education – bottom-up, via dialogue, consultation, voluntary involvement and transformation by exposure. This democratic approach was evident in and supported through leadership and management, teaching and learning, and the involvement of the wider community.  相似文献

Teaching has been described as an emerging community of practice. Within such professional communities, the processes of reflection and collaborative dialogue, or critical transformative dialogue, are central to the maintenance and improvement of professional practice for individuals, and the field. This paper reports on the challenges experienced by a group of first-year pre-service teachers engaging in a process of reflection and critique with peers, as they participated in a program focused on the development of core practices of teaching. These pre-service teachers' responses indicated their growing understanding of the importance of engaging in ongoing critical dialogue, as part of the “unnatural” aspects of teaching. The paper concludes with a reflection on the value of feedback from the earliest stages of professional learning.  相似文献   

Inservice Teachers Mentoring Aspiring Teachers

This qualitative study examined the impact of mentoring relationships upon preservice and inservice teachers' literacy instruction. Twenty-two undergraduate students seeking teacher certification were assigned in pairs to tutor primary school students in a university reading clinic. Eleven classroom teachers seeking reading specialist certification conducted ten mentoring sessions with each pair of preservice teachers. Purposeful sampling was used to select three of the mentoring teams for data analysis. In two out of three teams, results indicated that preservice teachers expanded their instructional strategies as a result of three components of the mentoring relationship: selection of strategies, organization, and non-judgmental support. All inservice teachers reported increased reflection on and adaptation to their instructional strategies. Findings support the conclusion that early mentoring experiences foster growth for both preservice and inservice teachers.  相似文献
