基于数学核心素养的课程目标制订,应当以"知识作为核心素养的生成本源"为逻辑线索,以"数学核心素养贯穿课程体系的整体支配模式"为框架,用体现目标水平的层次结构方式,兼顾学业评价的可操作性。对于数学核心素养,宜采用知识理解、知识迁移、知识创新三级水平刻画。知识理解指学生掌握基础知识、形成基本技能;知识迁移指学生将知识应用到新的情境中去解决问题的能力;知识创新指学生提出问题、推广问题的能力。这样划分数学核心素养水平,能反映数学课程目标的内核,具备学业质量测评的操作性特征。  相似文献

This paper examines how research impact is defined, measured, and generated – with a view to understanding how it can be enhanced within heritage conservation. It examines what is meant by ‘impact’ and how it can be promoted within heritage science through effective inter-disciplinary collaboration. Following a general examination of the current discourse concerning research impact, the study examined: (i) active research networks within heritage science; (ii) research planning and evaluation practices within heritage science; and (iii) the experiences of users (i.e. conservators and other heritage professionals) within research collaborations. Terminologies surrounding the notion of impact and the various phases of the research process were reviewed – from the initial identification of a knowledge gap to the eventual application of new findings in practice. Next, the reach and diversity of research collaborations (as identified through publication co-authorship) were studied to characterise the inter-disciplinary nature of heritage science and its connectedness to users. Findings showed substantial growth in international research collaborations over recent years, predominantly involving academic- and research-oriented institutions – although the engagement of heritage institutions has proportionally decreased. In addition, a worldwide survey of institutional planning and evaluation practices revealed a general reliance on processes driven by the interests of researchers – the systematic consideration of stakeholder opinion and evaluation of research outcomes being less common. Finally, a series of semi-structured interviews with senior heritage professionals explored their experience of collaborative research. The results identified key areas where strategic support is needed to promote user participation and enhance impact. These include training for research readiness, engagement, and impact for both researchers and users; better methods for needs and outcome assessment; affordable open access options and greater diversity of knowledge exchange opportunities. Finally, the need for ethical guidelines for responsible research, and greater emphasis on non-academic impact within research rating systems are discussed.  相似文献

[目的/意义]探究我国为实现促进大数据发展的政策目标而构建的政策工具选择体系结构,揭示大数据政策工具选择中存在的问题,为优化我国促进大数据发展政策工具选择提供建议。[方法/过程]构建由63项聚焦大数据发展的政策文本构成的政策样本集,运用内容分析法,对样本集中包含的政策工具进行编码。建立包含基础资源维度、技术维度和领域维度的政策工具选择三维分析框架,通过编码映射,建立其与政策工具编码的关联。从领域维度,使用层次聚类分析法,对样本政策文本进行聚类分析。[结果/结论]政策工具编码分析结果显示,我国大数据政策工具选择中存在缺乏长期规划,政策及政策工具协同不足,政策工具选择欠丰富;政策工具选择结构失衡;需求表达模糊,难以定位关键政策及政策工具等问题。应加强战略规划和发展理念指引,重视政策及政策工具协同,规避公共风险,构建需求驱动和问题导向的政策工具选择体系结构,创新设计与应用关键政策工具。  相似文献

This article presents an empirical study focused on a qualitative analysis of the UNIMARC format. An analysis of the structural quality of the data provided by the format is evaluated to determine its current suitability for meeting the requirements and trends in data architecture for the information network and the Semantic Web. Driven by a set of quality characteristics that identify weaknesses in the data schema that cannot be bridged by simply converting data to MARC XML or RDF/XML, we conclude that the UNIMARC format is not compliant with the current metadata schema desiderata and must be replaced.  相似文献

Our library has previously investigated the potential impact the addition of contents notes on circulation. In a subsequent study, we found contents notes were the second metadata element most heavily linked to circulation (title was first). Since there has been a marked decline in the use of print resources at our library and a corresponding increase in digital resources, we wanted to know if the addition of contents notes to records for online streaming audio files would result in a similar increase in usage. After enhancing the records, we tracked usage for a period of three months.  相似文献

Academic libraries have to a large extent taken the lead in facilitating new approaches to research data management, but changes to the research data landscape have had an impact on numerous areas of academic work, including ethics review. Using interpretive phenomenological analysis of interviews with chairs of Canadian research ethics boards, this study explores how ethics review boards have experienced changes to data policy and related technologies in order to describe the ethical implications of new approaches to data management and to explore ways in which the library, ethics review boards, and other campus partners might harmonize efforts to support emerging data practices. While ethics review boards in Canada are keenly aware of open data policies, data publishing in practice is still nascent. There is uncertainty about the adoption of changing technologies for research and their impacts on privacy protection. Where responsibility lies for addressing these uncertainties is often unclear. Academic libraries and research ethics boards are well-suited to engage in mutual knowledge transfer and to integrate data management planning and ethics review processes. Institutional-level oversight that includes all campus departments impacted by changes to the research data landscape may facilitate improved communication and reduce role ambiguity.  相似文献

The information-seeking behavior of social science graduate students has been the subject of many studies, but none have concentrated only on the economics graduate student population and their unique needs. The purpose of this focus group study was to use group discussions to understand the actual online behavior of graduate economics students when conducting research. The results provide insight and information about the skills and characteristics of economics graduate students, their first steps in conducting research online, their use of publicly available and library resources, challenges to finding information, and resources used to overcome these challenges.  相似文献
