采用技能满意度量表与学习动机量表对职校生进行问卷调查,主要是为了探讨职校生技能满意度与学习动机的特点及两者之间的关系。研究表明,职校男女生在技能满意度及各维度得分上存在某些差别,但差异性不显著;各年级学生在学校满意度上存在显著性差异,学习动机方面不存在显著的性别与年级差异。技能满意度各维度与学习动机两个维度之间存在显著正相关。 相似文献

The goal of this study is to measure the effectiveness of a career development system implemented at a research and technology organization at satisfying the context requirements of a decree issued by the Basque Country government. Through in-depth surveying of 80 R&D professionals over the five years, the authors aimed to determine whether a career development system, when it is linked to context requirements and researchers’ contributions, could offer researchers feedback about their career aims and increase their job satisfaction. During the five years of the study, the researchers’ capacity to meet career requirements improved by 20%, and job satisfaction, although it declined at first, increased substantially in the last two years, reaching a historic high for the employee satisfaction survey. 相似文献

【目的/意义】知识付费带动了付费有声书的兴起与发展,有声书知识服务成为一种新的知识服务模式。对有声书知识服务用户满意度的研究有助于有声书平台提升用户服务,促进有声书市场的健康发展。【方法/过程】本文以有声书平台——“樊登读书”为研究对象,基于用户评论、用户访谈与文献调研构建了评价付费有声书知识服务用户满意度的指标体系,并结合问卷调查与访谈对“樊登读书”当前的用户满意度展开具体分析。【结果/结论】丰富了付费有声书领域的学术研究,从满意度评价角度入手,给出改进当前付费有声书平台知识服务的建议。内容与知识效用是付费有声书平台的核心竞争优势与用户吸引点,服务与价格是制约用户满意度的重要维度。付费有声书知识服务可以从赋能用户、优化功能、促进社交、丰富内容与灵活定价等方面提高用户满意度。 相似文献

以通过网络媒体观看过CBA的大学生为调查对象,采用文献资料法、数理统计法和结构方程模型分析法,探讨其线上观看CBA满意度的影响因素。构建出包含4个潜在变量、6个构念潜在变量和24个观测变量的CBA联赛线上观众满意度模型,研究结果显示:在潜变量中,观众期望对观众满意度影响程度最大,其次是直播感知质量; 6个构念变量中,直播服务期望比赛事本身期望、视觉质量比互动质量、产品价值比体验价值影响程度显著;观众满意度4个指标中,"我经常观看CBA"对观众满意度的影响程度最大。 相似文献

摘要:分析休闲教育视域下基于我国老年休闲体育参加者在社会人口统计特征下的流畅感、休闲满意度和幸福感之间的差异及因果关系,为提升老年人的生活质量、幸福指数上升和促进老年人的休闲体育参与提供理论参考依据。运用因子分析、单因素方差分析、相关分析、结构方程等分析法对我国60周岁以上的530名老年休闲体育参与者进行了问卷调查。研究结果显示:1)流畅感在年龄、参与频度、参与项目、月收入方面均存在差异;2)休闲满意度在性别、年龄、参与频度、参与项目、月收入方面均存在差异;3)幸福感在年龄、参与频度、参与时间、参与项目、月收入方面均存在差异;4)流畅感对休闲满意度有着显著性影响,流畅感对幸福感无显著性影响,休闲满意度对幸福感有着显著性影响。针对性地对实施休闲教育提供理论参考与实践指导,有助于提高老年人的身心健康和成功老龄化及最大限度地提升晚年生活幸福指数,最终为国家减少医疗费用。 相似文献

This article reports original research that describes new mothers'' experiences of birth and maternity care. Qualitative data were collected through a survey on birth satisfaction, which included space for women to provide comments about their birth and experience of care. Thirty-nine women provided comments that were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. Two themes emerged from the women''s experiences: “Unexpected birth processes: expectations and reality” and “Coping with birth: the role of health-care staff.” Participants described unexpected birthing processes, their experiences of care, and maternity care staff''s contributions to coping with birth. Implications for practice for childbirth professionals include promotion of physiologic birth, respectful person-centered care during all phases of perinatal care, and the value of childbirth preparation. 相似文献

China's 'tidal wave' of rural to urban migration has had a tremendous impact on the educational outcomes of its children. It remains unexplored how and when do migrant children’s experience of acculturation following arrival in the place of settlement influence their academic achievement. This study used a stratified cross-sectional sample of 2412 Chinese migrant children and adolescents aged 10–18 (Mean = 14, 45 % female) to investigate the role of school satisfaction and family closeness in the relationship between acculturation patterns and academic achievement. Acculturation patterns are derived from the bidimensional model proposed by Berry (2005). The results indicated that integration had a positive association with concurrent academic achievement. School satisfaction was a mediator between integration and academic achievement. Furthermore, the full mediation of school satisfaction was only supported when there was a high level of family closeness. Findings from this study underline the usefulness of the bi-dimensional model in understanding the individual differences in academic achievement and suggest greater attention to the cultural variations in interpersonal functioning at the family and school context. 相似文献

Satisfaction and post-purchase intentions with service recovery of online shopping websites: Perspectives on perceived justice and emotions 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This study explores post-recovery satisfaction and post-purchase intentions with service recovery of online shopping customers from the perspectives on perceived justice and emotions based on twenty scenarios that combine five service failures and four recoveries. Analytical results indicating that in addition to enhancing post-purchase intentions and post-recovery satisfaction among customers, distributive justice increases positive emotions and decreases negative ones. Additionally, procedural justice enhances post-recovery satisfaction as well as increases positive emotions and decreases negative ones, while interactional justice only increases post-recovery satisfaction of customers. Moreover, while positive emotions increase post-recovery satisfaction, and vice versa. Post-recovery satisfaction positively affects post-purchase intentions. Results of this study provide a valuable reference for operators and managers of online shopping websites. 相似文献
