糖尿病患者人数众多,对人的健康危害极大,尽早预测是否患有糖尿病是降低糖尿病死亡率的关键。基于IG-DNN混合决策算法进行糖尿病预测模型研究,其中糖尿病数据集来源于UCI机器学习库—PIDD。PIDD包括768个记录,每条记录包含8个属性。首先应用信息增益方法(IG)将属性减少到5个,然后将其应用于DNN作为输入。该方法分类准确度达到88.3%,效果优于之前的大部分研究成果。  相似文献

This paper presents an overlay network topology called Virtual and Dynamic Hierarchical Architecture (VDHA) for discovering Grid services with high performance. Service discovery based on VDHA has scalable, autonomous, efficient, reliable and quick responsive. We propose two service discovery algorithms. Full Search Query and Discovery Protocol (FSQDP) discovers the nodes that match the request message from all N nodes, which has time complexity O(logN), space complexity O(nvg) (nvg being node numbers of each virtual group), and message-cost O(N), and Domain-Specific Query and Discovery Protocol (DSQDP) searches nodes in only specific domains with time complexity O(nvg), space complexity O(nvg), and message-cost O(nvg). In this paper, we also describe VDHA, its formal definition, and Grid Group Management Protocol.  相似文献

There are many cases when an organization needs to monitor the data and operations of its supervised departments, especially those departments which are not owned by this organization and are managed by their own information systems. Distributed Heterogeneous Inspecting System (DHIS) is the system an organization uses to monitor its supervised departments by inspecting their information systems. In DHIS, the inspected systems are generally distributed, heterogeneous, and constructed by different companies. DHIS has three key processes-abstracting core data sets and core operation sets, collecting these sets, and inspecting these collected sets. In this paper, we present the concept and mathematical definition of DHIS, a metadata method for solving the interoperability, a security strategy for data transferring, and a middleware-based solution of DHIS. We also describe an example of the inspecting system at WENZHOU custom. 乳腺癌严重威胁女性健康和生命,及时诊断并提供治疗方案给医生带来了挑战,病理图像分类结果是医生确诊的重要依据,实现乳腺癌病理图像识别分类具有重要意义及临床应用价值。近年来,大多数研究集中于良恶性分类,而不同类型的乳腺肿瘤本身具有不同病因及治疗方法。采用 Inception-ResNet-V2 深度卷积神经网络模型,实现对乳腺癌病理图像的八分类,利用数据增强和迁移学习方法,在 Matlab 上对数据集 BreaKHis进行实验。结果表明,该方法识别率基本达到 80%以上,比大部分已有研究成果效果更优。  相似文献

双向琼脂糖凝胶电泳方法是构建DNA限制酶谱的一种简便的方法,但数据处理及推导DNA限制酶谱较复杂。本文提出了这些数据的计算机处理方法。HMAp程序HMAP构建DNA酶谱,根据以下两点思路:1.如某A酶切片段只包含A-B双酶切的一个片段,该片段不含B酶切点,此片段必然落在某B酶切片段的中间,对于B酶切片段也是如此。如图1:A_3片段在B_4片段之中,B_2片段在A_1片段之中。2.如果某A-B双酶切片段,在某A酶切片段所含的A-B双酶切片段的排列中处于两端位置,那么这A-B双酶切片段在某B酶切片段所含的A-B双酶切片段排列中也一定处  相似文献
