通过建立基于成本的定量模型，对生产过程前s-1道工序的成本进行分析，将客户订单中要求的交货期作为约束条件引入模型，依据其不同取值范围得出4种情形下的客户订单分离点（CODP）最佳定位，并在分析4种情形的基础上将CODP最优解用公式表示．同时，分析总成本函数分别为常量函数、单调递增、单调递减、凸函数、凹函数及波浪形函数时的CODP定位最优解，并以实例对模型进行实证分析． 相似文献

加强和改进高校思政理论课建设,需要对包括课堂教学在内的教学质量进行科学评价。学生是课堂教学质量评价的主体之一。在借鉴国外成熟的课堂教学学生评价量表SEEQ问卷基础上,本研究遵循大胆借鉴,为我所用、合理改造,凸显特征、充分验证,确保科学的基本原则,针对高校思政理论课的特点,对项目内容进行了调整,重新对问卷的因素进行分析并对因素顺序进行了适当调整,编制高校思政理论课教师课堂教学质量学生评价问卷(ISEEQ问卷)。选取安徽某高校13个专业1079名一年级学生作为被测,使用SPSS18.0软件对数据进行分析,对ISEEQ问卷进行可靠性评价,结果显示,问卷具有良好的的维度结构和信度效度。 相似文献

“建立和谐社会,达到全社会的和谐发展是党的十六大报告新提出的一个重要思想。“和谐社会”包含丰富的内容、特征、表现形式和目标任务,其中的某些目标可以通过发展社区教育来实现。“和谐社会”是相对的“和谐”,是一个长期的、渐近的、动态的构建过程。实践中的社区教育在为构建和谐社会发挥功能作用的同时,还有某些不完善、不到位的地方。构建和谐社会需要全社会动员方方面面的力量,需要各行各业共同努力,社区教育在其中的作用是有限的。 相似文献

School leader training has become a critical strategy in educational reform. However, in China, there still exists a big gap in terms of how to transfer leadership knowledge into practice. Thus, tools that can integrate formal knowledge into practice are called for urgently in school leader training. This paper presents the results of a research and development (R&;D) approach to adapt an existing online computer simulation, Making Change Happen?, for use in Mainland China. The paper describes the process used to inform and assess our cultural adaptation of the simulation, as well as the response of Chinese principals to learning through this innovative method. Results affirmed the necessity for cultural adaptation of ‘Western’ curricula and tools for use in the Chinese context. The positive response of the Chinese school principals to learning via an online computer simulation suggested future potential for employing technology-facilitated, active learning modes in China. This study focused on the collaborative structure-building behavior of school principals and examined how such behavior affects teacher empowerment. More important, it tested the mediating effects of participative management and learning culture. By collecting nested data from 104 schools in Hong Kong and adopting multilevel structural equation modeling, we found that teachers’ sense of autonomy and self-efficacy were correlated at the individual level but were independent at the school level. The effect of building collaborative structures on teachers’ self-efficacy was mediated by both participative management and learning culture, whereas the effect on autonomy was mediated by participative management only. The findings contribute to the literature in at least 2 ways. First, the inclusion of both principal leadership and school-level factors provides more refined predications of teacher empowerment. Second, the testing of the theory-grounded hypotheses in an Asian society verifies the validity of certain cultural assertions about this region. 相似文献
