琵琶在1500多年前就开始在我国流传，唐宋时尤盛。敦煌壁画中有多幅琵琶演奏的画像；唐朝自居易的千古名篇《琵琶行》，传诵至今。但遗传至今的古琵琶和曲谱异常稀少，出土文物中亦鲜有发现。据闻唐代的一件古琵琶早年已流失日本，被日本列为国宝，现保存于奈良正仓院内；一册唐代的《五弦琵琶谱》，收藏于日本京都的阳明文库；法国探险家伯希和于1905年从我国敦煌藏经洞中盗走的25首唐代乐谱，现藏于法国巴黎图书馆。这些曲谱都是以琵琶等乐器指法音位体现音高及节拍，称作“燕乐半字谱”。20世纪以来，中外古谱学的专家学者们，正努力研究破解这些曲谱。 相似文献
