通过现场总线实现控制器之间的数据共享是工业网络中的重要课题。以Rockwell自动化公司的Controlnet和Ethernet为例,系统地介绍了控制器之间数据共享的方法。根据实际现场工业数据的性质,针对两种不同数据类型(对时间有严格要求的(Scheduled)类型数据和对时间没有严格要求的(Un-scheduled)),分别提出Producer/Consumer和MSG指令方式两种方法,在实验室实现了基于网络的不同控制器之间的数据共享实验。  相似文献

Knowledge on general or discipline-specific changes in the learning styles of university students can be utilised in the design and execution of courses, but little is known of such changes. The study examined the changes in the learning styles of three year groups of BSc Business Administration and Psychology students from admittance to one, two and three years later for the three year groups respectively. Learning styles were measured using the Danish Self-Assessment Learning Styles Inventory, which is an adaptation of Sternberg's MSG Thinking Styles Inventory within the theory of mental self-government. The Hierarchic and Oligarchic learning styles decreased significantly for all three year groups. The Judicial learning style increased significantly for the year groups who had studied for two and three years. The Global learning style increased significantly for the year group who had studied for one year. The findings are discussed in relation to comparable research.  相似文献

土壤含水量是气候、水文和生态等研究的重要参数。地表温度-植被指数特征空间法是遥感监测土壤含水量的常用方法。以欧洲伊比利亚半岛为研究区,使用MSG-SEVIRI (Meteosat Second Generation-Spinning Enhanced Visible and Infrared Imager)晴空数据,构建地表温度日较差-植被覆盖度特征空间。在此特征空间上,结合研究区土壤质地数据,建立土壤含水量反演模型反演土壤体积含水量。利用西班牙REMEDHUS (REd de MEDiciòn de la HUmedad del Suelo)土壤含水量观测网络的实测数据对反演结果进行验证,均方根误差均在0.05m3/m3以内,具有较高的精度。与常用的地表温度-植被覆盖度特征空间的结果对比证明,以地表温度日较差替代地表温度,能够减小地表温度反演误差导致的土壤含水量估算误差,从而提高土壤含水量反演精度。  相似文献

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is a popular flavour enhancer used in food industries; however, excess MSG is neurotoxic. Oxidative stress is well documented in MSG induced neurotoxicity. The compounds having antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties reportedly possess beneficial effects against various neurotoxic insults. Calendula officinalis Linn. flower extract (COE) is known for its potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. Hence, this present study has been designed to evaluate the neuroprotective effect of COE on MSG-induced neurotoxicity in rats. Adult Wistar rats were administered systemically for 7 days with MSG and after one h of MSG injection, rats were treated with COE (100 and 200 mg/kg) orally. At the end the treatment period, animals were assessed for locomotor activity and were sacrificed; brains were isolated for estimation of LPO, GSH, CAT, TT, GST, Nitrite and histopathological studies. MSG caused a significant alteration in animal behavior, oxidative defense (raised levels of LPO, nitrite concentration, depletion of antioxidant levels) and hippocampal neuronal histology. Treatment with COE significantly attenuated behavioral alterations, oxidative stress, and hippocampal damage in MSG-treated animals. Hence, this study demonstrates that COE protects against MSG-induced neurotoxicity in rats. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of COE may be responsible for its observed neuroprotective action.  相似文献

Subcutaneous administration of monosodium glutamate (MSG), to normal adult male mice, for six consecutive days at dose levels of 4 and 8 mg/g body weight, significantly increased the level of free radical initiating enzyme, xanthine oxidase, whereas the activity of free radical scavenging enzymes, like catalase and superoxide dismutase was significantly decreased in hepatic tissue. These observations suggested that ingestion of MSG at dose level of 4 mg/g body weight and above, induced oxidative stress in the hepatic tissue of adult male mice.  相似文献

采用酸度计法和旋光法测定了不同品牌味精中谷氨酸钠的含量。酸度计法适用于不含有其他酸性物质或酸性氨基酸味精的检测;旋光法适用于除谷氨酸钠外不含有其他旋光物质的味精。参照GB/T8967-2007《谷氨酸钠(味精)》国家标准的检验方法,结合实验室日常分析的具体情况,对旋光法测定味精中谷氨酸钠含量进行不确定度评价,输入量的不确定因素是引起检测结果不确定度的最主要因素。  相似文献

4mg and 8mg monosodium glutamate per gram body weight was administered subcutaneously for 6 consecutive days to normal adult male mice and its effect was seen on 31st day after the last injection on some antioxidant enzymes in heart. A significant dose dependent increase in lipid peroxidation and xanthine oxidase level was observed, whereas the activity of free radical scavenging enzymes such as superoxide dismutase and catalase was decreased in both monosodium glutamate treated groups (Group-2 and Group-3). So, the present work suggested that monosodium glutamate at dose level of 4mg/g body weight and above induced oxidative stress in the cardiac tissue by changing the activity of free radical initiating enzyme such as xanthine oxidase and scavenging enzymes like superoxide dismutase and catalase.  相似文献

在味精清洁生产工艺中,四效蒸发浓缩谷氨酸超滤清液,以及三效浓缩等电结晶母液,所得的蒸发凝结水(简称工艺冷凝水PCO),因COD、氨氮稍高而不能直接排放。为解决这一环保问题并节约水资源,本文研究了将PCO作为配料水应用于味精生产以及用于部分取代超滤的清洗用水的可行性。通过与自来水进行比较,考察了其对液化、糖化和发酵过程及超滤清洗效果的影响。  相似文献
