Abstract In the last decade, the Government Printing Office has dealt with two major problems of this revolution. First, GPO has had to master the various aspects of the electronic age. Second, they have had to deal with the “under-the-gun” mentality of a government totally enamored of the “apparent” efficiency and accuracy of electronic information. GPO's struggle with these problems has been neither easy nor comfortable. From top to bottom in the government documents world nearly everyone has some degree of apprehension, misgiving, or outright suspicion concerning the future of the accessibility of government information. Despite these difficulties GPO has made important strides toward implementing the apparatus of electronic information, while at the same time striving to ensure the quality and coherency of the end product available to the nation's citizens. 相似文献

A novel photocatalytic reactor was developed to remove （1,1-bis（4-chlorophenyl）-2,2,2-trichloroethane） （DDT） from water. In the reactor, a cenosphere was used to support TiO2 film made by means of sol-gel. Because the cenospheres were coated with TiO2, their specific gravity was slightly increased from the original 0.6-0.8 to 0.8-0.9, so that they were able to be suspended in water. With the mixed operation of a bubbler, the water in the reactor was in a well-fluidized state. The bottom of the reactor is a sand filter bed, which can be used to prevent the photocatalyst from being lost. A mathematical model of the reactor has been developed in the two primary influential factors： ultraviolet （UV） light intensity and photocatalyst concentration. With such a model, the reactor can be designed more reasonably. 相似文献

随着高校信息化的发展,高校数据中心越来越多地采用微服务架构,但传统Docker容器的存储技术存在着数据可靠性低、数据不能持久化、动态扩展性差等问题.面对上述问题,本文提出一种基于Ceph存储集群平台和Kubernetes后端存储技术的高校容器云存储的解决方案,该方案利用Ceph构建底层云存储集群,解决了存储数据的可靠性差的问题,并利用Kubernetes的Persistent Volume和Dynamic provisioning存储技术实现了容器存储的持久化和动态置备,解决了数据持久化和动态扩展的问题. 相似文献

der Transaktionsisolation ist eine Grundvoraussetzung, um die zugrunde liegenden Daten in einem konsistenten
Zustand zu halten. Der vorliegende Beitrag analysiert die existierenden Probleme und gibt einen überblick

ABSTRACT Long-term referencing of online publications (for example, research papers embedded in a distributed heterogeneous information environment) presents several challenges. In order to address the challenges, two main things must be taken into account: ? A method for location-independent referencing by means of Persistent Identifiers (PIs) ? The long-term access to digital objects by means of (long-term) preservation These imply that long-term referencing is not only an issue of a technical implementation of PIs, but also a matter of a political and organizational infrastructure. These starting points underlie the PI-related activities at Die Deutsche Bibliothek (the German National Library) that are occurring in the framework of the EPICUR (Enhancement of Persistent Identifier Services-Comprehensive Method for Unequivocal Resource Identification) project. This article discusses cooperative URN management at Die Deutsche Bibliothek within the EPICUR project. It presents results concerning the framework of URN assignment and administration, resolving services, and standardization within bibliographic information services. 相似文献
