醋酸铅对雄性小白鼠精子形态的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
将 5 0只小白鼠随机分成 5组 ,分别腹腔注射甲基磺酸乙脂 6 0mg/kg ,去离子水 16 6ml/kg ,醋酸铅 2 1mg/kg ,10 5mg/kg ,5 2 5mg/kg ,每天一次 ,连用 5天。试验 35天时处死小白鼠 ,检查各组小白鼠的精子形态。结果显示精子畸形率为 :甲基磺酸乙脂组为 4 4 5 % ,去离子水组为 1.8% ,高、中、低剂量醋酸铅组分别为 4 0 .5 % ,30 .4 %和 15 .6 % ,说明醋酸铅对小白鼠精子有致畸形作用 ,而且随着剂量的增大精子畸形率增加。 相似文献

There is growing evidence that damage to spermatozoa by reactive oxygen species play a key role in male infertility. The aim
of this study was to assess seminal plasma free 8-Isoprostane levels in men with asthenozoospermia, asthenoteratozoospermia
and oligoasthenoteratozoospermia compared to normozoospermic males and its correlation with seminal parameters. The case group
consisted of men with asthenozoospermia (n=15), asthenoteratozoospermia (n=16) and oligoasthenoteratozoospermia (n=15). The
control group consisted of 16 males with normozoospermia. After Purification of Free 8-Isoprostane by affinity column, its
concentration was measured by enzyme immunoassay method. Free 8-Isoprostane evaluation showed significantly greater values
in the total case group (n=46) versus control group (18.23±3.56 vs 2.6±0.38 ng/ml). In each case group free 8-Isoprostane
also showed a significant increasing compared to normozoospermic males. Free 8-Isoprostane showed an inversely significant
correlation with sperm motility and sperm morphology. Lipid peroxidation could have significant role in etiology of sperm
abnormalities. Measurement of 8-Isoprostane can be used as a specific biomarker for assessing lipid peoxidation in sperm. 相似文献

In this paper I examine the ways in which public discourse about the sperm donation industry in Israel, as appearing in mass media and advertising culture, bridges militarist, pro-natalist, and neoliberal ideologies. In constructing the sperm produced by combat soldiers as superior and in emphasizing the potential dangers of inferior sperm or the lack of enough sperm to meet demand, mainstream media and sperm banks adopt, utilize, and exploit a culture of fear that is linked to Israel’s perceived existential threat in order to serve their own commercial goals. At the same time, the tensions between national-collective and individual perceptions of gender and body occasionally rise to the surface, with media simultaneously embracing and questioning dominant cultural narratives concerning masculinity and militarism. Implications of the relations between media discourses of blood, sacrifice, and death, and those of sperm, reproduction, and cultural regeneration are discussed. 相似文献

Objective:To investigate the effect of Anethum graveolens(AG) extracts on the mounting frequency,histology of testis and epididymis,and sperm physiology.Methods:Male rats induced by cold immobilization before treating with vehicle or AG extracts [50,150,and 450 mg/kg body weight(BW)] via gastric tube for consecutive 1,7,and 14 d were examined for mounting frequency,testicular phosphorylation level by immunoblotting,sperm concentration,sperm acrosome reaction,and histological structures of testis and epididymis,respectively.Results:AG(50 mg/kg BW) significantly increased the mounting frequency on Days 1 and 7 compared to the control group.Additionally,rat testis treated with 50 mg/kg BW AG showed high levels of phosphorylated proteins as compared with the control group.In histological analyses,AG extract did not affect the sperm concentration,acrosome reaction,and histological structures of testis and epididymis.Conclusions:AG extract enhances the aphrodisiac activity and is not harmful to sperm and male reproductive organs. 相似文献

The aim of the present study is to analyze sperm membrane changes and the spermicidal effect in treatment with the crude extract
from Polygala tenuifolia Willd (PTW) in vitro. The root of PTW was extracted in distilled water. Normal human spermatozoa were used to assess the
spermicidal activity (Sander-Cramer assay) of the extract from the PTW root. The hypo-osmotic swelling (HOS) test and the
eosin Y (EY) staining were used to detect the integrity of sperm membrane and vitality. The sperm chromatin dispersion (SCD)
test was performed to determine sperm DNA integrity. N-9 was used as a reference standard and semen added to physiological
saline was used as the control. Semen samples were donated by 42 healthy fertile men. The crude extract from the root of PTW
could immobilize and kill 100% spermatozoa within 20 s in vitro at the concentrations of 20.0 and 10.0 mg/ml; at the concentration
of 5.0 mg/ml, spermatozoa were immobilized in (39.5±3.2) s. In the groups of the crude extract from the root of PTW and N-9
solution, the rate of the normal HOS (tails swollen) and the white head (unstained) was 0%, and the rate of the abnormal HOS
(tails unswollen) and red head (stained) was 100%. Sperm DNA fragmentation showed no change in exposure to the crude extract
from the root of PTW and N-9 solution. The sperm revival test did not show any spermatozoa that recovered their motilities.
The rapid spermicidal activity of the crude extract from the root of PTW in vitro may occur by the disruption of the sperm

Progress in diagnosis of infertility, has been dramatically increased during the past decades with changes occurring in virtually
all aspects of infertility research, thus providing innovative diagnostic testing and sophisticated instrumentation for improved
management and treatment of infertility. There are about 50% of infertile couples who are suffering because of male infertility.
Semen examination is a basic investigation for these infertile couples. It not only reveals the quantity and quality of sperm
but also the quality of the seminal plasma, which is essential for normal sperm function. In this review, the recent advancement
in investigation procedures has been analyzed which are very important in clinical practice to (a) evaluate the sperm fertilizing
ability (Acrosin, aniline blue, HOS), (b) characterization of male accessory sex glands secretions (Fructose, alpha-glucosidase,
PSA) and (c) the management of azoospermic patients. It is believed that use of such diagnostic procedures will facilitate

Defective sperm function is the most common cause of infertility. A prospective study was carried out to correlate the concentration
of nitrite (the stable metabolite of nitric oxide) in seminal plasma with leukocytospermia, and sperm membrane integrity.
Total Fifty-seven normozoospermic subjects with and without leukocytospermia visiting the Infertility clinic at KH and MRC,
Karad, were included in the present study. Semen samples were checked for sperm concentration, total sperm count, sperm motility,
seminal leukocyte concentration and sperm membrane integrity as Hypoosmotic Swelling Test. Similarly the concentration of
nitrite in seminal plasma was measured by Griess reaction and total antioxidant power measured as ferric reducing ability
of plasma. The concentration of nitrite in seminal plasma was found to be raised with significantly increased leukocyte concentration
in semen. Also significantly lowered levels of total antioxidant power along with defective sperm function was observed. Our
results suggest that supplementary treatment of antioxidants with antibiotic for leukocytospermic infertile male patients
may improve the sperm membrane integrity. 相似文献
