针对美国大学体育联盟(NCAA)在学生运动员招募过程中长期存在非法招募和学术作弊等违规行为,研究以边缘腐败视角解读相关违规行为及其特征。研究认为,违规方式较为轻微因而具有模糊性,直接利益受益者相互包庇因而具有隐蔽性,破坏了高校招生公平制度因而具有衍生性。NCAA为维持联盟公平公正准则,通过健全机构严格审核、精细招募程序量化标准、制定"极限施压"惩治制度等措施取得一定治理效果,但也存在治理局限。我国大学运动员招生实践中应采取厘清自主招生权限、构建全面监督体系、健全法律法规体系、开展反腐败教育等措施严厉打击招生腐败。  相似文献

目的:分析大学生运动员运动中跟腱腱围炎发生的原因,找到预防的措施以减少损伤的发生。方法:通过检索文献资料,调查访问,临床诊,对36例运动中发生跟腱腱围炎的原因进行分析。结果:运动中跟腱腱围炎发生的原因主要有:(1)外界暴力。(2)技术动作不合理。(3)准备活动不充分。(4)过度劳损(5)运动鞋摩擦。结论:运动前准备活动要充分,合理安排运动量,防止过度疲劳,穿合适的运动鞋,能减少跟腱腱围炎的发生。  相似文献

目前我国体育经济发展突飞猛进,体育经济市场极为活跃。如何利用和发挥高校的办学优势,形成适应21世纪经济和社会发展需要的人才培养体系是当前高等学校改革的重要内容之一。从目前的实际情况出发提出相应的对策,即开办体育相关专业,在满足未来体育事业发展需要的同时,进一步完善高水平运动队的训练与管理体制,为我国高校体育教学与训练的改革提供依据。  相似文献

This article presents the narrative accounts of six elite student-para-athletes attending higher education full time in the UK. Whilst literature concerning the student-athlete population in the UK is growing, there is no research at present that brings to the fore the voices of student-athletes who represent their country in Paralympic sports. In addition, research concerning the experiences of higher education students with disabilities in the UK is heavily concerned with the experience of learning as opposed to the more nuanced experiences of ‘being’ a university student. Accounts concerning the lived experience of higher education were gathered via semi-structured interviews and analysed through a process of interpretative phenomenological analysis producing an intricate, intimate and personal theme for each participant. Analysed and presented as individual case studies, the research demonstrates the uniqueness of experience despite the existence of common and shared life environments. The accounts explore three life-worlds – university, elite sport and disability – and expose the difference in meaning-making by each participant to the identities of ‘athlete’, ‘student’ and ‘disabled’, specifically within the context of higher education. The accounts are presented as three themes that illuminate the contrast in experience: (1) university as a normative and positive experience; (2) university as a disappointing and hindering experience; and (3) university as an experience of personal salvation and purpose. Findings are mapped to the social-relational model of disability to better understand the relationship between individual perception, impairment and environment.  相似文献

通过理论分析与实证相结合,综合运用文献研究、专家访谈、比较分析、历史逻辑分析、案例分析等方法,对高水平学生运动员培养体系进行了全面系统的分析,研究认为,高水平学生运动员培养体系以人的全面发展理论和科学训练理论为其核心理念;以科学训练理论为基础,在训练过程中遵循并综合运用多种已被实践证明行之有效的科学理论;长期以来,我国传统的高水平运动员培养体系存在着培养主体垄断性、培养目标单一性、培养过程粗放性、培养手段强制性、培养内容随意性等弊端;清华大学跳水队的高水平学生运动员培养体系具有多重目标,其培养体系经过近十年的探索发展已经取得了初步成果,为我国高水平学生运动员的培养提供了可操作性的参考模式.  相似文献

通过对参加山西省大学生竞技健美操比赛的学生运动员竞赛失败后采取的应对方式进行分析,采用竞赛失败应对方式问卷对学生运动员进行调查。结果表明,不同性别、年龄、年级和参加运动会次数等均对学生运动员竞赛失败后的应对方式产生影响。  相似文献

Federal law mandates that universities reveal their graduation rates purportedly to inform policy makers and constituencies about efforts to support educational attainment for students and athletes. These rates are widely used to compare universities. Analysis of 10 years of graduation rates across all major athletic programs concludes that graduation rates alone are insufficient and misleading unless they account for the widely varying constituencies served by different universities. Constituency factors include university mission, admission restrictions, and institutional wealth. Universities with more selective admission policies graduate both students and athletes at higher rates, although their athletes graduate at lower rates, relative to their student cohorts. This research assesses: (1) athlete educational attainment, (2) the impact of athletic success and (3) the relationship between admission selectivity and educational attainment. The results provide implications for across-university policies and suggest a method for identifying universities that model the bifurcated goal of academic and athletic excellence.  相似文献

Currently a sound and reliable measure of a student-athlete's career development does not exist. The purpose of this study was to develop a psychometrically sound instrument that measures the career situation of student-athletes. Participants for the study were 204 (138 male and 66 female) student-athletes from a large midwestern Division I university. A primary axis factor analysis using promax rotation revealed that five factors, named: Career Development Self-efficacy, Career versus Sport Identity, Locus of Control, Barriers to Career Development, and Sport to Work Relationship, accounted for 81.39% of the common variance in the data. The internal reliability of each factor of the Student-athlete Career Situation Inventory (SACSI) was established using Cronbach's alpha (.70 to .80). The criterion validity of the SACSI was investigated by regressing career experiences and gains on the five factors of the SACSI, resulting in significant squared multiple correlations (.17, .28).  相似文献

Marketing of higher education institutions has developed from a marketing concept perspective. The main element of the marketing concept is a customer orientation which in higher education has been interpreted as meaning a student orientation.
