In this paper, the authors discuss their grounded research carried out with teachers about the wellbeing of teachers. They explore the importance of making the concept of wellbeing more intimate and consider hedonic and eudaimonic ways of looking at wellbeing. 自旋1/2量子受激转子中Planck常数调节的整数量子霍尔效应转变的有限尺寸标度分析

量子受激转子(quantum kicked rotor,QKR)是量子混沌研究中的重要模型之一。在自旋1/2的QKR中,调节等效Planck常数可以在动力学局域化相之间实现一系列相变,其形式与整数量子霍尔效应及其平台相变相似。研究这一相变的有限尺寸标度理论,并将其应用于自旋1/2的QKR模型。估计出相变的临界指数为ν=2.62(9),符合整数量子霍尔效应平台转变的普适类。  相似文献   

问题式教学法对工科大学生批判性思维倾向影响的实证研究

采用不相等实验组对照组前后测准实验研究,并辅以行为观察数据和质性资料分析,探究在"基本电路理论"课程教学中采取问题式教学法促进工科大学生批判性思维倾向的发展。研究表明,问题式教学对工科大学生的批判性思维倾向有显著的促进作用。作者认为,为有效开展问题式教学以促进学生批判性思维发展,应注意:(1)教师需具备良好的批判性思维精神;(2)积极营造良好的思考情境和氛围,鼓励与引导学生发现和解决问题;(3)应根据学生基础设置难易适当的问题,营造问题讨论的安全教学氛围;(4)积极引导讨论小组确定合适的讨论问题和组内讨论规则,充分利用信息技术辅助教学。  相似文献

我国当代媒介文化呈现价值取向多元化的特点,拓宽了当代大学生视野的同时,也给处在价值观形成阶段的大学生产生了负面影响。近年来,我国大学生在媒介文化消费和传播中暴露出诸多不良行为,充分说明当代大学生媒介素养水平亟待提升。培养大学生媒介素养应以社会主义核心价值观为价值导向;以促进学生发展为根本宗旨;以批判性思维为重要抓手。推进我国大学生媒介素养培养应抓住以下三个方面:确立媒介素养课程目标,借鉴美国一流大学经验、立足我国国情,课程目标应涵盖批判性思维、合作沟通、媒介鉴赏、信息获取分析、创造媒介产品、信息技术运用,以及坚持以社会主义核心价值观为导向、坚持文化自信;开发媒介素养课程内容;加强大学教师媒介素养的在职培训。  相似文献

Abstract

In our conceptual essay, we draw on an exchange between a White scholar and a group of panelists on Critical Race Theory at an international conference. Taking up this exchange as our point of departure, we work in dialectical and multidimensional ways between the essentialized politics of place on race and critical anti-essentializing foundations in recent Critical Race Feminism and Critical White Studies’ literatures. Working the dialectics and multidimensionality of the place that race makes in academic discourse, we recognize and ethically work through the essentialized politics of place in advancing anti-essentializing understandings of race. In articulating these anti-essentializing understandings, our conceptual essay drives at the notion of a generative politics of place on race in academic discourse. A generative politics of place holds essentialized realities and anti-essentializing foundations of race in dialectical and multidimensional tension for teaching, learning, and discussing race in local, national, and international contexts.  相似文献
