全民健身品牌赛事长效化发展的志愿服务体系研究*

全民健身运动是群众性的社会体育活动，是我国体育事业的重要组成部分，也是提高全民身体和心理素质的重要举措和途径。全民健身运动需要志愿服务的友爱、互助与支持，只有通过志愿服务者的无私奉献才能促进我国全民健身运动及有关赛事的长效发展，以打造出具有带动性和号召力的品牌赛事。由于我国的民众体育活动开展较晚，相应的志愿服务文化与价值观尚未形成，有关志愿服务的制度机制与组织体系并不完善。这就要求必须提高全民健身志愿服务的意识，完善有关制度机制与体系模式使我国全民健身志愿服务体系得到完善，使之走上长效化发展之路。  相似文献   

自愿评教：走出学生评教困境的有益探索

学生评教是高校教学质量管理的重要组成部分,但强制评教造成学生消极评教、教师质疑评教、评教分数贬值等问题,并最终导致评教陷入困境。通过取消学生必须参加评教的限制,设置反映学生需求的评教指标,变一次性评教为周期性评教,改革评教监管机制,加强评教宣传引导等措施,构建学生自愿评教机制,是从根本上解决评教问题,使学生评教走出困境的有效手段。  相似文献

Empowerment for individual agency: an analysis of international organizations’ curriculum recommendations

Much recent research stresses the increasing relevance of international organisations (IOs) for national education policymaking. Yet, IOs’ curriculum recommendations have remained largely out of scope, although they provide a forceful example of ‘soft’ governance. Based on a content analysis of 83 documents from 42 inter/-nongovernmental, global and regional organisations involved in international education networks between 1990 and 2015, this paper identifies an expansive field of IOs directing growing attention to such curricular issues as student needs, educational goals and content, as well as issues of teaching and learning. In line with much cross-national curriculum research, analysis provides evidence for the trend towards a global curriculum model stressing empowerment, individual agency and psychosocial development. The article argues that the strong focus on human capabilities and human capital in IOs’ curriculum policies reflects wider cultural transformations in contemporary world society. The article concludes by arguing for an expanded analytical scope of IOs’ educational work and a reconsideration of causal explanations in curriculum theories.  相似文献

NOTES ON ONGOING RESEARCH IN SPECIAL EDUCATION

ABSTRACT

With the support of Unicef and Unesco, the Romanian Ministry of Education has since 1993 been operating a programme to promote the educational and social integration of children and young people with special needs. In a comparatively short time the programme has grown from a pair of pilot projects to comprise a number of interactive elements which include a Joint European Project within the EU's TEMPUS programme, as well as provision for networking, and for describing, monitoring and generalizing experience of good practice. In this process a ‘philosophy’ of integration has developed which is appropriate to Romanian realities and which offers the possibility of an integration project to everyone concerned with special needs. The paper stresses the importance of the voluntary organizations and their new cooperative relationship with the institutions, and of the role of the universities in professional training. The paper ends with a discussion of the barriers and supports to integration, together with some conclusions about the significance and future of the programme.  相似文献   

知情权视域下的投资者保护——基于中国公司自主性治理的研究

伴随着中国公司治理模式的转型,中国公司的投资者保护也不断得到改善。尽管公司的股东应该拥有平等的知情权,但控股股东利用其知情权优势对中小股东的权益进行侵害。在自主性治理中,公司与投资者之间是互动沟通的过程,公司向投资者传递信息,同时也从投资者收集反馈信息,在投资者（尤其是中小股东）和公司之间形成良好的互动,使其对公司的相关信息具有完全的知情权。在完全知情权的基础上,投资者（尤其是中小股东）作出理性决策,并尽可能地避免控股股东的＂掏空＂行为,使其权益得到有效保护。  相似文献   

随意运动与电刺激诱发胫骨前肌疲劳过程中肌电图的变化特征

为了解肌肉疲劳时神经肌肉系统兴奋性的变化规律,以10名健康男子为对象,采用随意性最大的肌肉收缩(V组)和电刺激诱发肌肉收缩(E组)的两种运动形式,对足背屈运动引起胫骨前肌疲劳时的胫骨前肌和比目鱼肌的表面肌电图(sEMG)和诱发肌电图(evoked EMG)进行了观察。结果发现:(1)V组和E组的sEMG积分值和平均频率均出现了降低的趋势,而且E组的变化较为明显;(2)E组的胫骨前肌(主动肌)Mmax和H/Mmax明显降低下,比目鱼肌(拮抗肌)Mmax和H/Mmax在胫骨前肌疲劳后则无明显变化;(3)V组胫骨前肌与比目鱼肌的H/Mmax在疲劳发生后均表现出显著低下,但二者的Mmax却无明显变化。结论:肌疲劳时不但主动肌脊髓运动神经元受到了抑制,拮抗肌脊髓运动神经元也受到了类似的影响,但由于肌肉收缩方式不同而上述变化并不完全一致。  相似文献
