Phenol degradation in photochemically enhanced Fenton process was investigated in this work. UV-VIS spectra of phenol degradation showed the difference between photo-Fenton process and UV/H2O2, which is a typical hydroxyl radical process. A possible pathway diagram for phenol degradation in photo-Fenton process was proposed, and a mathematical model for chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal was developed. Operating parameters such as dosage of H2O2 and ferrous ions, pH, suitable carrier gas were found to impact the removal of COD significantly. The results and analysis of kinetic parameters calculated from the kinetic model showed that complex degradation of phenol was the main pathway for removal of COD; while hydroxyl radicals acted weakly in the photo-Fenton degradation of phenol. 相似文献

Half a century after Michael Polanyi conceptualised ‘the tacit component’ in personal knowing, management studies has reinvented
‘tacit knowledge’—albeit in ways that squander the advantages of Polanyi’s insights and ignore his faith in ‘spiritual reality’.
While tacit knowing challenged the absurdities of sheer objectivity, expressed in a ‘perfect language’, it fused rational knowing, based on personal experience, with mystical speculation about an un-experienced ‘external reality’. Faith alone saved Polanyi’s model from solipsism. But Ernst von Glasersfeld’s
radical constructivism provides scope to rethink personal tacit knowing with regard to ‘other people’ and the intersubjectively
viable construction of ‘experiential reality’. By separating tacit knowing from Polanyi’s metaphysical realism and drawing
on Benedict Anderson’s concept of ‘imagined communities’, it is possible to conceptualise ‘imagined institutions’ as the tacit
dimension of power that shapes human interaction. Whereas Douglass North claimed institutions could be reduced to rules, imagined

In recent years there has been a growing interest in questions related to embodiment and learning. Within the field of ‘body pedagogics’ great efforts have been made to develop theory and methodology that can deal with the corporeal aspects of experience and knowledge without adopting any form of dualistic conceptions of body/mind and organism/environment. This article connects to this body of research. The purpose is to first present a synthesis of James' radical empiricism, Dewey's transactional understanding of experience and learning and Marcel Mauss' concept of ‘body techniques’ and the notion of education embedded in it. Against the background of this theoretical development, and with a Transactional Model of Analyzing Bodying (TMAB), we then show how we can analytically come to terms with different dualistic problems that research into ‘body pedagogics’ has to deal with. We use an empirical example of dinghy sailing to create knowledge about what we learn when learning embodied knowledge, and how this learning takes place. We argue that experience is an important concept for understanding the acting knowing human being, describing how experience is organized and developed and outlining how this organization can be understood as learning. We hold that situations where someone learns to embody certain knowledge are cases of overt actions, in which we can see what kinds of relations are created and how these relations become meaningful for further action. 相似文献

The challenges of disruptive innovations have gained significant attention from both academics and practitioners, commercialization being one of the most critical phases. At the same time, however, it is the less studied area of disruptive innovation. Therefore, this article examined scholarly papers on the commercialization of disruptive innovations through a multidisciplinary systematic literature review. It resulted in the analysis of 64 high-quality peer-reviewed academic articles. The analysis highlighted the commercialization models and main constructs that are affecting the commercialization process: market orientation, market learning, user's involvement, market configuration, adoption networks and stakeholders, and innovation transference. The study evidences how commercialization has evolved from a later stage in innovation to influence even the early phases of innovation, characterized in turn by exploration, learning and ecosystem creation activities. Additionally, the analysis led to a proposition that established an integrated commercialization model for high uncertainty innovations. The model has three phases: 1) Concept/value proposition validation, 2) Business model validation & Market creation, and 3) Creating sales in the majority market. Lastly, the article contributes to a better understanding of commercialization processes in high uncertainty innovations, bridging also the academic-practitioner divide. 相似文献

许慎《说文》对"亼"的解说,历来受到学者的质疑。但由于缺乏文献用例,无从印证其音义。考之于甲文、金文字形以及"亼"所从之字,确证"亼"实为"口"之变形",口"既可是人之口,又可为动物之口,还可作器皿之口。由于契刻的缘故,曲笔常呈直笔,故"口"一变为△,再变为"厶",终变为"亼"和"亽"。许慎未能准确释读此字,导致对从"亼"之字的解说,大多出现偏差。 相似文献

团队智力资本是智力资本研究的一个重要而又相对薄弱的分支,迄今为止关于创新团队(特别是突破性创新团队)智力资本测评的研究文献屈指可数。在文献回顾的基础上,本文界定了突破性创新团队智力资本的概念,基于前人相关研究成果和前期定性访谈结果确定了其量表的构成维度以及各维度的测量指标(题项),即完成了突破性创新团队智力资本量表的理论建构,进而对该量表的信度与效度(包括内部一致性、收敛效度、区别效度和律则效度)进行了实证检验,并最终开发出具有较高信度和效度的突破性创新团队智力资本量表。研究结果表明,突破性创新团队智力资本量表由3个维度(团队人力资本、团队关系资本和团队结构资本)和14个测量指标构成。 相似文献
