不正当交易限制是日本《禁止垄断法》严格规制的事业者间合意限制竞争的垄断协议行为。对于该行为,日本采取实质性限制竞争及原则违法的规制原则,及行政处罚为主、刑事制裁为辅的制裁措施。其中,行政罚款根据不同产业领域、企业规模,按照各自固定的比率征收;刑事责任则根据公正交易委员会的专属告发,对恶性卡特尔处以5年以下有期徒刑及500万日元以下罚金。同时,为有效抑制不正当交易限制行为,日本还建立了加罚制度和宽大方针。 相似文献

《Qualitative Research Reports in Communication》2013,14(1):3-8
The discipline of communication is marked by an increasing number of means of understanding. Given the recent research explosion, specialization has accordingly become a major way of dealing with research and methodological diversity. Within this context, this analysis is predominantly definitional, seeking to isolate the unique features of qualitative research. This analysis first provides a survey of six major definitions of and approaches to qualitative research. Second, commonly shared characteristics of qualitative research are outlined, including the role that natural setting plays in the research design, the role of the researcher as both observer and participant, how subjects influence the content of a communication study, the influence of subject intentionality on the research report, and the pragmatic uses of qualitative research. Third, it is suggested that qualitative research is theoretically unique, satisfying the requirements for grounded theory. Finally, it is concluded that qualitative research is increasingly finding its own identity when viewed in terms of the goals and procedures of quantitative and critical approaches to communication. 相似文献

“一实多名”是汉语称谓系统的一个明显特征,越是常见的“实”,其“名”也就越多。本文撷取古今文献及经典文学作品中有关“妻子”的种种称谓形式,从语用的角度对其进行分类,发现制度背景、时地因素、交际心理、交际场景等因素是“妻子”称谓形式繁丰的主要根源,而这些因素都是广义上的语境因素,从而揭示了语境在称谓系统开放性方面的“催化剂”作用,论证出语境因素与“一实多名”现象的源流关系以及语境对称谓词选择与理解的制约机制。 相似文献

Effect of calcium channel blockers on stress-induced visceral, endocrinological and immune responses

In the present study effects of five commonly used calcium channel blockers (CCBs) belonging to different chemical classes
have been investigated on stress-induced modulation of some visceral, endocrinological and immunological parameters in rats
and mice. Restraint stress (RS) produced gastric mucosal lesions, increased plasma corticosterone levels and reduced antiSRBC
antibody titre, a measure of humoral immune response and % leucocyte migration inhibition (% LMI) and foot pad thickness,
measures of cell-mediated immunity. Nimodipine (10, 20 40 mg/kg, i.p.) and flunarizine (10, 20, 40 mg/kg, i.p.) antagonised
the effect of RS on gastric ulcerogenesis and plasma corticosterone levels but failed to modulate the stress-induced suppression
of both humoral and cell-mediated immune responses. Thus, CCBs appear to modulate stress-induced visceral, endocrinological
and immune responses, albeit in a differential manner. 相似文献
