工科高校大学生科技创新能力培养的认识与思考

摘    要:结合自动化专业的特点和质量工程项目的实施方案,提出了以各项科技竞赛和科技创新活动为载体,加强第一课堂和第二课堂相结合,利用现代信息技术手段,着重培养学生独立获取知识、独立思考及自主创新的能力,建立完善、系统的科技创新平台的创新型人才培养模式。分析了目前科技创新活动存在的创新成果科技含量低、转化率不高、精品少,资金及设备、人员投入尚需进一步提高及加强和完善学生思想素质和意志品质教育等主要问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。
