| 摘 要： | 以家兔为实验材料,用MedLab系统采集处理生物信号,对血压、呼吸、泌尿、减压神经放电综合实验进行了设计,并通过实践对实验过程中所用的仪器装置、方法进行了改进。该设计实验可以利用一只家兔进行多个实验,能充分节省实验动物、时间,也可提高实验成功率。几种实验装置的改进均属于废物利用,材料经济易得、制作成本低、易清洗,值得推广使用。改进后的方法可减少给药时间,降低了操作难度,也不会导致家兔气管内出血,不会影响尿量,使得所测结果更真实准确。
