| 摘 要： | 以制造业企业高技能人才需求为背景,分析了高技能人才的内涵,并以台州职业技术学院数控技术专业的高技能人才培养为例,以校企合作、工学结合为切入点,创新人才培养模式、优化人才培养方案、改革教学课程体系等方面进行探索与实践.特别就高职校企合作建设高水平的校内生产性实训基地,构建真实的企业环境,并在其基础上对高技能人才培养模式的构建、实践、建设成效等进行讨论,为同类学校高技能人才的培养提供参考.
