摘    要:提升就业能力是人力资源管理(HRM)实践性教学的核心内容,其战略地位对实践教学生命流程具有直接指导。基于提升就业能力的HRM实践性教学需要,从出发点、落脚点、关键点等进行全方位的变革,突出需求导向与创新驱动,让实践教学回归管理实践,建立HRM实践性教学的长效机制。

Abstract:Enhancement of employ ability is the core of HRM practice teaching,whose strategic position is of direct guidance to life process in practice teaching.The enhancement of human resource management teaching and research practice based on employability requires full range of reform,whicn highlights the driving force of demand and innovation,lets practice teaching return to management practice,and establishes a long-term mechanism of HRM pratice teaching.
