| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化程度日益加深，期货市场发达与否关系到一国在世界大宗商品、重要战略资源乃至金融产品的定价权和话语权。日本通过改革商品期货市场的规则制度，提高商品期货市场的信用性、便利性和运行效率，商品期货市场发展迅速。中国期货市场在自身发展特点、政府监管机制和投资者结构上，与日本发展初期较为相似，因此，研究日本期货市场的成功改革，对中国期货市场的发展具有一定借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of economic globalization, the degree of future market development concerns one country＇s power in pricing for and in voice of world commodities, important strategic resources as well as financial products. With the reformation of laws and rules of commodities futures market, raising the credit, facilities and operation efficiency of commodities futures market,which was sponsored by Japanese government, Japanese commodities futures market gained rapid development. As the futures market of China shares some similar features in development characteristics, government regulation mechanism and investment structure with that of Japan, so it would have great significance for the development of China＇s futures market to study the successful reformation of Japan＇s futures market. |
