| 摘 要： | 在"卓越计划"背景下对信息管理专业人才培养现状进行了分析,结合ERP人才能力结构和市场需求的分析,提出以ERP为特色培养信息管理专业人才,并重点从校企联合培养机制和人才培养标准两个方面进行对信息管理专业人才培养进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Cultivation of information management professionals are analyzed based on "Excellence Scheme" in this paper and the skill structures and the market demand for ERP professionals are also discussed.In order to address these issues,an opinion to cultivate information management professionals from ERP perspective is proposed.School-enterprise joint training mechanism and training standards are discussed in the paper. |
