| 摘 要： | 公共事业管理专业从国外的引入到膨胀式发展，再到目前的生存困境，并不能否定它的价值与必要性。但是。一些诸如专业定位、方向设置、课程与实践体系安排的问题依然困扰着公管专业的发展。试通过个案分析，对地方高校公管专业的现状进行反思，提出通过对专业进行重新定位、开设社区管理方向，进行社区共建的实践教学，培育专业新的生长点，并对社区共建的形式及组织安排等方面提出了一些有益的建议，为破解目前的困局积极寻找出路。

| Abstract: | Since the public service administration was introduced into China from abroad,it has gone through the swelling development.We cannot deny the value and the necessity of the major although it has been challenged by some problems,such as the position and development direction of the major,the course and practical arrangement,etc.Based on the reflections on the traditional practical teaching and case study,the major should be re-positioned.Some proposals on the connotations of community-based practical teaching mode and its organizations and arrangements are put forward in this paper. |
