| 摘 要： | 嘉绍大桥V标工程具有施工自然条件恶劣,水文状况复杂,施工机械、大型临时设施数量多,桥墩施工为高空、临水作业,主栈桥长且使用频率高等特点,从安全规章管理制度的建立、安全责任制的落实、安全生产投入和安全风险抵押金制度、安全交底和教育培训、安全现场管理、安全检查及隐患整改方面对大桥施工过程进行管理,其中对防范重大危险源、安全管理形式、格局以及项目安全文化创建进行了重点探讨。

| Abstract: | The V Project of Jiashao Bridge is characterized by the abominable natural conditions,complex hydrology conditions,numerous construction machineries,especially many heavy and temporary facilities,bridge pier construction with high altitude works and near water works as well as main trestle bridge is long and high frequency of utilization and so forth.Considering the establishment of secure regulation management system,the implementation of security responsibility,the safety production input and the security risks mortgage systems,the safety explanations and related educational training,on-site safety management,safety inspection and the hidden danger rectification,the paper discussed the prevention of major source of danger,the safety management forms and the safety project culture. |
