| 摘 要： | 目前师范大学面临的挑战有办学经费紧张、学生就业压力大、教师教育市场竞争激烈等。为应对挑战,师范大学应该调整自己的发展方向,实现以综合性为导向的转型,把握既有特色,并适应社会需求拓展新的生存空间。为此,师范大学要加快非师范专业的建设,走开放型的学生培养之路,加强教育系科建设,西部师范大学要提高服务西部建设的针对性。

| Abstract: | The challenges which normal universities currently facing are tight outlay for running school,students' great employment pressure and huge competition among teacher education.To accept these challenges,normal universities should reorient development,achieve the comprehensive transformation,grasp the special features,as well as fit in with the needs of the society to expand new living space.Therefore,normal universities should speed non-normal professional construction,open the methods of training students,strengthen educational construction.Normal Universities in west area should heighten their service to local social construction purposely. |
