新型手性氨基酸尾式卟啉铜(II)配合物的仿酶活性

摘    要:报道了L-半胱氨酸尾式卟啉铜(II)及四苯基卟啉铜(II)配合物作为超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)模拟物催化歧化O22-和催化分解过氧化氢及有毒氧自由基的活性.结果表明:这两种铜卟啉配合物具有较好的仿酶活性.

Abstract:This paper reports the study on imitated enzyme activity of two kinds of metalloporphyrin complex-L-cysteine tailed porhyrin copper(II) and tetraphenyl porphyrin copper(II) complexes.The activity of these two kinds of metalloporphrin accelerate dismutation of O~(2-) and decomposition of H_2O_2 and poisonous free-radical-oxygen as superoxide dismutase(SOD)and CAT was tested.It shows the metalloporhyrin has obvious biological activity of mimic enzymes.
