| 摘 要： | 安全生产已成为煤矿企业生产经营活动中的重中之重，许多劳动安全事故，是由于有关人员安全意识淡薄、违章作业、专业和安全知识缺乏、管理不善等原因造成的；人力资源部门应配合安全生产监察部门，运用独特有效的管理手段规范员工在劳动过程中的行为，共同防范劳动安全事故的发生，促进煤矿劳动安全管理水平的提高。

| Abstract: | The safe production has become a top priority in the production and business activities of coal mine enterprises. There are many labor safety accidents because some concerned people have weak security con- sciousness, makes illegal operations, lacks professional and safety knowledge, which lead to ill management. In this case, the cooperation of human resources department and production supervision departments can use unique and effective management ways to standardize staff＇sbehavior in labor process, which prevent accidents from occurring, and promote labor safety management in the coal mines. |
