| Abstract: | To maintain an inexhaustible momentum of development in the fierce competition, vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of organizational culture to provide a deep and rich culture and strong spiritual supporting for attaining the objective of training high-quality practical talents. The article puts forward realistic approach to the problems that vocational colleges face in their construction practice of organizational culture. |
