学业倦怠下高职教师课堂教学的错位与空场

摘    要:由于社会舆论和就业压力的影响,当前高职学生普遍"学业倦怠",高职课堂教学出现窘态,失去了应有的生机。作为课堂的组织者,目前的高职教师在课堂有效教学中存在一定的错位和空场,这导致了课堂教学目标有所偏失、师生角色错位、职业学习情境缺失、有效沟通空场等情况。要改变这种状态,必须从教师的角度寻找根源,寻找破解高职课堂"失态""失效"的良方,以期提升高职课堂的效率。

Abstract:Due to the influence of social public opinion and the employment pressure,the current higher vocational students are "academic burnout".The classroom teaching appears embarrassment and lack of liveliness.As an organizer of classroom teaching,the higher vocational teachers have certain dislocation and barnyard in the classroom effective teaching,which causes the deviation of teaching objectives,dislocation of teachers and students,lack of professional learning situations and blankness in effective communication.In order to change the current status,we should find root cause from the perspective of teachers and look for the good methods of solving the failure vocational classroom teaching so as to promote efficiency of the classroom.
