| 摘 要： | 文章首先对EOP理论进行了简要阐释,并分析了该理论对英语教师教学能力发展的积极影响;其后,从EOP理论的应用视角出发,对高职英语教师专业能力的发展趋势进行了展望探讨;最后,从建立终身学习意识、制定教师培养计划、定期组织校内培训、构建教师培训平台等角度入手,提出了EOP视角下高职英语教师专业能力发展的途径策略.

| Abstract: | This paper first gives a brief explanation of EOP theory,and analyzes its positive influence on the development of English teachers'teaching ability;then,from the perspective of the application of EOP theory,it looks forward to the development trend of English teachers'professional ability in higher vocational colleges;finally,from the perspective of establishing lifelong learning consciousness,making teacher training plan,organizing regular school training and constructing teaching.From the perspective of teacher training platform,this paper puts forward the approaches and strategies'for the development of higher vocational English teachers'professional competence from the perspective of EOP. |
