| 摘 要： | 近几年幼儿教育受到极大的关注,尤其是英语启蒙教育更是幼儿教育的重中之重,它对教师提出的要求较高.幼专英语专业教师应注重培养出优秀的人才,为幼儿园的英语教学岗位输送人才.为此,教师应注重在职业需求导向下推进自身课程的教学改革,让学生不再单一地完成"学英语"的目标,而是在此基础上完成"教英语"的学习目标,提高自己的英语启蒙教育能力.因此,本文将在职业需求导向下探讨幼专英语课程教学改革的有效路径.

| Abstract: | In recent years, preschool education has received great attention, especially English Enlightenment education is the top priority of preschool education, which has higher requirements for teachers. Teachers of English major in kindergartens should pay attention to cultivating excellent talents for English teaching posts in kindergartens.Therefore, teachers should focus on promoting the teaching reform of their own curriculum under the guidance of professional needs, so that students can not only achieve the goal of "learning English", but also achieve the goal of "teaching English" on this basis, so as to improve their ability of English Enlightenment education. Therefore, this paper will explore the effective path of English teaching reform in kindergarten under the guidance of professional needs. |
