新形势下的"冲压模具设计"一体化模式教学研究

摘    要:冲压模具设计是一门集实践性、应用性为一体的专业课程,目前国内大多高校仍然采取较为传统的教学模式:CAD机械制图教学、冲压模具设计理论教学、冲压模具实践教学阶段,这种流程式教学大大降低了学生进行学习工作的积极性.而CAD机械制图与冲压模具设计的云端服务教学,通过将项目案例引入理论与实践操作教学中,不仅满足了学生的求知欲与好奇心,更能达到培养出满足相关企业岗位需求的人才,运用可自动生成图纸的PressCAD软件可以提升学生设计效率,让学生的创作灵感更好的体现出来.

Teaching Research on the Integrated Mode of"Stamping Die Design"in the New Situation

Abstract:Stamping die design is a professional course integrating practicality and application.The traditional teaching mode is still used by most universities:such as CAD mechanical drawing teaching,stamping die design theory teaching,and stamping die practice teaching stage,this processing teaching mode greatly reduces students'enthusiasm for new knowledge.However,the improvement measures such as the cloud service teaching of CAD and stamping die design,the combination of theory and practice,and the PressCAD software that can automatically generate drawings have not only satisfied curiosity of students,but also cultivated talents that can meet the needs of related companies.
