| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CBL与RBL相结合的教学模式在神经内科实习教学中的效果.方法:将69名学生分为对照组、CBL教学组和CBL与RBL结合组,在实习教学中分别采用传统教学、CBL教学和CBL联合RBL教学教学模式,通过问卷调查、理论考试和临床操作能力考核,比较三种教学模式的效果.结果:CBL组学习兴趣、自主学习能力、表达能力和团队协作能力优于对照组,CBL与RBL结合组的学习兴趣、自主学习能力、查阅文献能力、表达能力、团队协作能力和创新能力优于CBL组.CBL和CBL与RBL结合组理论考试和临床操作均优于对照组,CBL与RBL结合组的理论成绩优于CBL组.结论:CBL与RBL结合的教学模式有利于将理论联系实践,培养创新能力,更有利于神经内科临床实习教学.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of CBL combined with RBL teaching mode in clinical practice teaching in Neurology.Method: Sixty-nine students were divided into control group, CBL group and CBL combined RBL group. These groups were applicated traditional teaching method, CBL and CBL combined with RBL teaching mode respectively during practice teaching,and the effect was compared among the three groups by questionnaire, theory and clinical operating capacity test. Results: The interest in learning, ability of independent learning, expression and team collaboration were better in CBL group compared with the control group. The interest in learning, ability of independent learning, consulting literature, expression, team collaboration and innovation were better in CBL combined RBL group than CBL group. Compared with the control group, the performance of theory and clinical operating test was better in CBL and CBL combined RBL group. The theory test in CBL combined RBL group was better than CBL group. Conclusion: CBL combined with RBL was benefit for combining theories with practice and cultivating innovate capacity. It is more conducive to clinical practice teaching in neurology. |
