| Abstract: | the teachers'professional growth of higher vocational education is the premise and guarantee of Teachers'Vocational development,and is the inevitable requirement of improving the quality of teaching and personal training.The expansion of enrollment of high vocational education not only puts forward new requirements for the professional growth of teachers ofhigher vocational education,but also further enriches and perfects the path of their growth.Facing the enrollment expansion,the professional growth of teachers of higher vocational education is a systematic project,which should be scientifically dealt with. |
