| 摘 要： | 中国目前正处在由传统社会向现代社会的转型时期，构建和谐社会势在必行。迪尔凯姆关于转型期的社会团结理论对我们构建和谐社会有如下启示：重建集体意识，维系社会和谐；以人为本，科学分工；注重价值导向和利益整合并举；关注社会的微观结构；以动态平衡的新理念解决社会矛盾。
