| 摘 要： | 学生是国家和民族未来的建设者和接班人，其健康状况一直受到党和国家的重视。从2006年我国实施阳光体育运动以来，全国各级各类学校积极响应，虽然取得了一定的成果，但是目前学生的健康状况还是不容乐观，尤其是健康的意识和健全的人格都比较薄弱。将“健商”理念引人到体育教学中，强化体育教育与“健商”教育的结合，帮助学生积极有效地评价和管理自己的身心健康，将健康文化、健康理念融入到阳光体育活动中，使阳光体育运动能够深入、持久地进行下去。
