摘    要:我国宋代书院和欧洲中世纪大学均是处于由封建社会到近代社会转型期的两类独具特色的高等教育机构,在所处时代背景、经济影响及对文化复兴与回归的作用上都具有相似的基础。从"教师观"的角度比较分析两类高等教育机构的教师类型、教师资格和任用过程及教学活动与师生关系,剖析两类机构发展过程中的利弊,对我国高等教育教师质量保障问题予以反思。

Abstract:Song dynasty's academy and the medieval university in Europe are both the characteristic high education institutions which existed in the transitional era from the feudal society to the modern times. Both institutions share the similar background, such as the time,economic influnence and the cultural renaissance function. Onthe view of the teacher, this thesis analyses the types and qualifications of teachers, teaching process and relations between students and teachers in each institutions, and also probes into the advantages and disadvantages of the development of both institutions. Based on the former investigation, the thesis also introspeets the assurance of the teachers" quality in our country.
