| 摘 要： | 转注作为＂六书＂之一,学术界历来众说纷纭,观点不一。地下古文字材料的出土为这一文字学理论研究提供了新的材料和角度。本文以古文字材料为基础,结合汉字尤其是形声字的形成过程对这一理论内涵的阐释作出新的尝试。

| Abstract: | As one of the six categories of Chinese characters,Zhuan-zhu（转注）is confusing in this academic circle for many years.Fortunately,the unearthed materials of the Chinese characters provided us with the new materials and angles in the study of the philology theoretically.Based on the ancient Chinese characters and combined with the formation of the Chinese charaters,especially with the pictophonetic Chinese charaters,This paper attempt to give the theory of Zhuan-zhu（转注）a new deep explanation. |
